We need to start taking a real hard look at what vaccines do to our pets.

Agreed Entirely! Thank you for pointing this out!
I’m old enough to remember when our dogs would live to be 15 and 16; I’ve had cats live to be 20+ years.
The vaccines for pets are to cause medical issues.
People will pay because their pets are usually more loved than family members.
Yep, just another avenue to get money.
My dad's idiot wife won't let my dog play with their dogs because he's a pure blood like me. Says he's unhealthy and probably carries something because I take him to lakes/ rivers to swim all the time and go to dog parks. He's nothing but muscle with a glossy coat from eating fish heads, sun shine every day, playing in the woods... he's actually laying here exhausted from swimming in an irrigation canal and playing with his buddy.... hers are sickly, getting fat in the air-conditioning, tumors, weez when they walk.
It's pathetic her telling me that my dog needs his shots, chipped, vet check ups, blah, blah, blah. He doesn't want to be around their annoying dogs anyway, he refuses to go in their house, just waits on the porch for me. No collar, no shots, no problem, he's a smart dog and knows he has the good life after choosing me for his emotional support human. Their dogs run away any chance they get, kinda telling.
Big Vet Pharma is pushing mrna vaccines and downright lethal new type of rabies vaxx, AND a 3 yr SHOT for fleas and ticks, and dogs are dropping dead from it. Protecting our animals is a war!
I asked my dog a few years ago if he wanted to go to the vet and he said no so I left the issue alone.
It’s not strictly a lack of competition in the manufacturing of pet meds though that is part of it. Another significant part of the problem. Private Finance Firms are buying up independent Veterinarians left right and center. Then subsequently jacking prices.
Fly by night and backyard breeders and other shady outfits are also producing in mass poorly bred animals that have more and more medical and health problems. Which means more procedures and treatments need to be developed. Which means more money needs to be invested in care.
It’s going to take more than a couple new companies opening up. To fix all the problems and issues.
That and people who do open up will need to get used to lower profit margins. Part of the reason why so many of these cartel’s and monopolistic outfits exist. Isn’t necessarily due to over regulation. It’s ultimately lack of interest because no one wants to be the dude running or investing in the screw factory. Or the sterile bandage factory or another similar generic everyday product line. Because there’s no money or opportunity for fantastically crazy profits in it. The Private Jets and 50 Million dollar McMansion Compounds won’t buy themselves after all.
That and other countries like China aren’t shy about using state funds to back certain industries. Allowing them to sell at a loss and undercut foreign competition. Hollowing out the industry of other opposition nations.
Not to mention immigrant diasporas are being weaponized by a few countries to alter internal politics and foreign policies of other nations and foreign companies.
#1 Feed the highest quality diet you possibly can. Species appropriate. You will either have to make the food yourself and/or spend a lot for pre-made food.
#2 Avoid all vaccinations, as much as possible. And certainly DO NOT do "yearly boosters" which are long term the cause of cancers and more.
#3 Learn all you can about your own animal and their health. If you feed and care for them well, you should almost never need to a vet, except for a wound stitching type emergency.
