This is all a preliminary hearing to determine if there’s probable cause to move to trial. There is no jury right now and no possibility of “mistrial.”
Utah allows hearsay in the prelim. My understanding is much of what has been seen and heard this far may not come in at trial, which is probably a year or two away.
This was already public knowledge. I remember reading the contents of this letter a couple months ago when the “influencer” crowd was rolling out their ever changing theories about Tyler Robinson. My prediction is worst case scenario, when this moves from preliminary hearings to an actual trial, the Judge might not allow this letter to be used as evidence. It won’t matter.
Apparently Robinson confessed to family members and friends who are willing to testify against him. And, it seems there is enough other evidence to support a conviction. Add in his body language and facial expressions, he will have a hard time getting any sympathy from the jury.
His family that he supposedly confessed to did not testify in prelim hearing which would be probable cause on its own. Interesting tactics to not have that testimony.
There is a "patsy" but it's Candace's patsy. Listen to Dana Loesch, who she says has more to gain. Candace and George's first attempt to own TPUSA, failed when Charlie realized, who they REALLY were, and removed them both from TPUSA. Since George knew Robinson from the "Discord" chat, he and Candace were able to convince him, that if Charlie was eliminated, he and his lover could end the "hatred" coming from Charlie, and peacefully go on to live a life they felt ENTITLED, and didn't even let his lover know what he was going to do. Why is she lying about Erika, so this "malignant narcissist" what Dinesh D'Souza calls her, can FINALLY secured TPUSA for HER very own, IMHO. Pray for Robinson's parents.

Candace Owens, who declares we never went to the Moon, is capable of discerning reality? She needs to be avoided with a large margin.
