This is the first time I've noticed that the word "autopsy" could be called "auto psy" - as in auto psyop. Seems oddly descriptive since there have been some historic autopsy coverups in the past 100 years. The autopsy seems to be the automatic go-to for covering up the crime, or other crimes the person "allegedly" did, in order to change or create a narrative.
I asked Google's Gemini AI for a list of some of the more famous coverups - or questionable autopsy coverups at a minimum - and it didn't disappoint. I wonder how many of the autopsies were actually "auto-psyops"? Enjoy.
• John F. Kennedy (1963): The official autopsy performed at Bethesda Naval Hospital concluded that JFK was struck by two bullets fired from above and behind. However, this became the center of massive controversy because doctors at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas initially described the throat wound as an entry wound. The discrepancy between the initial clinical descriptions and the final autopsy report gave rise to the Warren Commission's highly debated "single-bullet theory."
• Charlie Kirk (2025): The conservative activist was assassinated by a single rifle shot to the neck. Public discussion and skepticism regarding the physics of the wound arose after an ally shared that a doctor called Kirk a "man of steel," noting his bone density kept the high-powered bullet from exiting his neck and hitting onlookers. Forensic analysts later confirmed the bullet was recovered just beneath the skin, making it a focal point of the subsequent criminal investigation.
• Jeffrey Epstein (2019): The New York City Medical Examiner officially ruled Epstein’s death a suicide by hanging. The results were immediately questioned when Dr. Michael Baden, a famed pathologist hired by Epstein's family, stated that the multiple fractures found in Epstein’s neck bones—specifically the hyoid bone—were statistically more consistent with homicidal strangulation than suicidal hanging.
• George Floyd (2020): The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's official autopsy ruled Floyd’s death a homicide caused by "cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression." While the defense team during the trial argued that fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system were the primary causes of death, the official report and independent medical experts testified that the drug levels were contributing factors but not the direct cause, which remained mechanical asphyxiation and low oxygen from restraint.
• Marilyn Monroe (1962): Officially ruled a "probable suicide" caused by an overdose of barbiturates. Medical critics and conspiracy theorists have long questioned the finding due to a total lack of pill residue in her stomach, the absence of any drinking glass in her room, and the fact that several of her tissue samples mysteriously disappeared from the lab before testing was finalized.
• Natalie Wood (1981): The actress's death was originally ruled an "accidental drowning" after she went missing from a yacht. Decades later, in 2012, the Los Angeles County Coroner amended her death certificate to "drowning and other undetermined factors" after a re-examination highlighted that bruises and abrasions on her arms and neck occurred before she entered the water, suggesting potential foul play.
• Robert F. Kennedy (1968): While Sirhan Sirhan was convicted of the assassination, legendary coroner Dr. Thomas Noguchi's autopsy revealed that the fatal shot was fired from a distance of only one to three inches behind RFK's right ear. Because eyewitnesses placed Sirhan several feet in front of Kennedy, the autopsy results have fueled persistent theories of a second gunman.
• David Carradine (2009): The actor was found dead in a Bangkok hotel room, with initial local police reports pointing toward suicide. However, independent autopsies funded by his family later concluded that the positioning of the cords indicated he died of accidental autoerotic asphyxiation rather than an intentional act of suicide.
Yeah - I thought of Anthony Bourdain as well. Really any of the red-scarf-club. I just don't see people committing suicide that way when their brain will try everything to just make them stand up. Another way of them laughing at us.

Yeesh. Some of that is hilariously obvious, really - as if they’re laughing at us because we can’t do anything on it.
Don’t forget Robin Williams, that Chef, Podesta’s kid, and the Soundgarden singer, among many others.
Wouldn’t be surprised if Jimi Hendrix’s was messed up too, given the theory that he’s still walking around as Morgan Freeman.
Did any of the Challenger astronauts even have autopsies? I don’t know if they ever claimed that they found the bodies. Probably didn’t.
