It seems to me the most important part of the case against Tyler Robinson is that he believes he shot and killed Charlie Kirk. Reporting from MSM outlets cover his conversations with his gay boyfriend and family. His text with Lance Twiggs and the note he left under the keyboard are totally damning. And, apparently, he confessed to his parents and a family friend as well.
It’s good to be skeptical about influencers and the MSM. It’s necessary to sift through what they report. Just my opinion, but his boyfriend’s testimony, their text message, and note are probably enough to get a jury past reasonable doubt.

MK MONARCH/ULTRA (or whatever moniker the program goes by now) does seem to have a high success rate at convincing it's incredible crashtest dummies that they are the cause and effect of any given mission and/or psyop.
The problems with your statement is that none of that evidence is truly verifiable. The alleged handwritten note where 'Tyler admitted the crime' was set on fire and burned. Boyfriend Twiggs took a photo of it though(!), which means it cannot be DNA tested for validity, but can be used to accuse. How lucky is that? I don't think a handwriting analysis has been done to determine if Tyler in fact wrote it, or if Lance Twiggs or someone else did.
Second, the text messages are easily faked. A burner phone could be used to manufacture such a thing.
Tyler's alleged confession - His family members shared with two separate individuals who attended some of the early hearings that only 5% of the official story is true. They believe Tyler did not do it and say he never confessed. So which is true, I wonder?
Then we have the fact the Lance Twiggs family seems to have come into some money since Charlie's death. Lance was able to receive full immunity from prosecution, the family suddenly moved to TX, they bought a second home, formed an international 'Non-profit Family Charity', and formed two new LLCs and construction companies. We can't forget that Lance Twigg's DNA is all over the screw driver, the rifle and the towel.
