It's not exactly breaking news. It's right there in the constitution.
For me, the real takeway and impact of this testimony is the assertion that the SC is NOT the final arbiter of what the constitution says and means. That's the really important point.
Because putting forward the notion that the SC is the final arbiter usurps the power of the people, and as she very clearly and importantly points out, it creates a tyrannical rule by the SC.
