The Boston Tea Party was a protest against taxation without representation and a corporate monopoly. On December 16, 1773, members of the Sons of Liberty destroyed 342 chests of tea belonging to the British East India Company in Boston Harbor.
Colonists objected to the Townshend Acts tea tax, arguing that Parliament had no right to tax them without elected colonial representation. Also, the East India Company was granted a monopoly on tea sales, undercutting local merchants. Why is it relevant today? Election FRAUD and election CHEATING is NOT representation. Some of our Congressmen, Mayors, State Legislature, Governors and other "elected officials" were put in place by FRAUD elections. At least one major political party supported that fraud. Thousands of government beaurocrats helped that fraud election cheating to occur, and then lied to cover it up. The Main Stream Media lied to cover it up. It is NOT representation when our votes were stolen, and the corrupt officials use their new positions to impose unfair taxes and laws that citizens never wanted. California? NYC? Illinois? Arizona? Michigan? Minnesota?
Those same corrupt officials then pass state or federal spending through corrupt NGO'S to pay back their "friends " that rip off the taxpayers, imported millions of illegal immigrants and gave money away to fraud organizations and welfare cheats, medicare fraud, corporate favoritism in exchange for political paybacks and fat off-shore bank accounts. At least one if our major political parties supported that fraud, and frankly they are WORSE than the British in 1773.
This time, its not a monopoly on tea. Its FAR WORSE.
In December 1773, three British ships (Dartmouth, Eleanor and Beaver) were moored alongside Griffin's Wharf dock in Boston harbor. The harbor at the time was only 13-15 ft deep at high tide, but at low tide the ships sat on the mud bottom in only 2 ft of water. It was low tide at the time. The Tea Party participants walk right onto the decks from the pier via the gang plank. An apprentice named Benjamin Simpson said that the water beside the wharf was "not more than two feet deep" and that three of the vessels lay aground in the mud during the raid.
The Tea Party patriots talked to the ship captains. They assured them that they were ONLY going to destroy the East India Company tea, but promised nothing else would be stolen, broken or harmed if the captain and crew stayed out of the way. The captains ordered their crews to stay in their cabins, and handed the ship keys to the patriots. Since it was low tide, and ships were sitting in the mud and shallow water, those 342 heavy chests of tea dumped overboard didn’t sink when thrown overboard. Instead, the broken tea chests and tea leaves piled up so high out of the water that they built up against the sides of the ships, threatening to spill back onto the ship decks. After the Tea Party raid, small boats were used to further destroy the tea when citizens rowed small boats out into the shallow 2’ to 3’ deep water to break up the floating piles of tea leaves and to break open remaining crates or bags with their oars. The tea piled up so densely in the low-tide mud that the protestors, and citizens the next morning, had to physically beat the piles down with oars and clubs to ensure the saltwater completely spoiled the tea.
There was absolutely NO damage to any of the ships, nothing was stolen or broken other than the tea that was thrown overboard. None of the ship crews were harmed. The patriots promised that no cargo or other items would be broken or damaged… all they wanted was to destroy the tea. Afterward, they had the ships’ first mates come inspect to verify that nothing but the tea was damaged on any of the three ships.
The only actual non-tea property damaged across all 3 ships was a single padlock belonging to one of the captains. The next day, the patriots sent a replacement lock to the captain’s house.
Why is this relevant to 2026 Taxation without Representation (fraudulent elections) and our fake Media and NGOs and corrupt government theft and states watching taxpayer's money being stolen? This time, election fraud and corrupt "leaders" are the "tea". Like the Tea Party patriots, we stay controlled, focus on confronting the problems without causing excessive damage or injury. That's why WWGOWGA. We can't stop until every last bit of election fraud and media collusion has been exposed.
Sorry for the long rant.
Agree.
Nice history lesson BTW.
interesting details!
“The Tea Party patriots talked to the ship captains. They assured them that they were ONLY going to destroy the East India Company tea, but promised nothing else would be stolen, broken or harmed if the captain and crew stayed out of the way.“
Pres. Trump and patriots have messaged to the woke governors & 2020 election thieves & beneficiaries of the steal. (and there have been many steals going back to B-1 Bob Dornan, Republican from Orange County California,1996)
I think that as part of Making America Great Again, the patriots promise to take a whole lot away from the powers of darkness.
If the "election fraud and corrupt leaders" are the "tea", can we beat them with oars the way the colonists beat the tea?
Well said.
The point I was making is that we need to stay controlled and realize WHO and WHAT we are fighting against... and more importantly not damage the people and things that had nothing to do with the corruption.
The patriots could have burned the ships, or destroyed those ships. They are dry wood sealed with tar and pitch with dry canvas sails and would have burned within seconds. The ships weren't the problem. Neither are the buildings, or the Main Stream Network broadcast stations, or the political parties.
The Captains and Crew weren't the problem. They were just people doing their job and transporting goods that they were told to ship. The dock front wasn't the problem. The local tea warehouse wasn't the problem. One of the three ships was carrying fine furniture from England... and the patriots carefully moved it off the tea chests without damaging that furniture, before destroying the tea.
In the end, the point was made. The politicians who backed the tea tax were harmed. The East India Company that held the newly ordered monopoly on tea in the Americas was harmed. The banks and insurance that backed those tea shipments were harmed, as were the wealthy British lords that profited from the tea monopoly.
The ships, crew, Boston harbor, the local businesses who may have played small roles (because it was their job) continued to work for years afterwards.
We need to be careful to not harm people or infrastructure that isn't the problem. The corruption isn't EVERYONE in Main Stream Media. The corruption isn't even the reporters that are the face of the networks. It's the Media management, the $Billionaires that bankroll their messaging, the ones who set the agenda... and that is the hidden 2% that need to be exposed in all of this.
It's not the buildings that are the problem. Even though many politicians seem corrupt, a LOT of them are doing what they do... because if not, they will be cast out and not elected again. Most politicians are TOLD what to say and what to support or vote against. They are controlled. Like the ship captains, some of the politicians aren't the problem. They are puppets.
Put hatred aside. Let's focus on the problem, on the causes and the very few who are supporting illegal immigration, voting fraud, corrupt government spending, promoting fake science, etc... The few behind it and the top level traitors who KNEW better and went along with the corrupt agenda that harms the USA... those are the problem we need to fight.
Keep it real.
