Maybe they're dying on the streets in big cities like Philly and Vancouver where the fentanyl epidemic continues unchecked and dead folks are presumed to have ODd. Unless distraught parents demand and pay for autopsy, it doesn't happen. It's impossible to get an accurate count of the homeless in larger towns. In more rural areas, they often don't want to be found and have taken to the woods. Short answer: nobody actually knows.

I respectfully disagree with all of your thoughts here. I'm an autistic woman, and know many, many hotheaded and emotional men. People are very different: within that fraction of genes we don't all share is a lot of variability. And that, imo, is a good thing.
