Almost the whole video is of him doing things wrong. If you lawfully have a lethal force multiply as he did you must be responsible enough to keep it from accidentally discharging. His death is on him. It should not and could not of happened if he made wise choices but he didn't and in the heat of the moment paid for it.

If a round is in the chamber, and pressure is applied pressing the slide and frame together at the front of the weapon, it will discharge.
Sig had to release a special modification to "fix" this but certain weapons are out there that still dont have this.
