Why should Americans and why should President Trump believe your statement that Russia did not intervene in the 2016 election given the evidence that US Intelligence agencies have provided? Will you consider extraditing the 12 Russian officials that were indicted last week by a US Grand jury.
TRUMP: Well I’m going to let the president answer the second part of that question.
As you know, the concept of that came up perhaps a little before, but it came out as a reason why the Democrats lost an election, which frankly, they should have been able to win, because the electoral college is much more advantageous for Democrats, as you know, than it is to Republicans. We won the electoral college by a lot. 306 to 223, I believe. That was a well-fought battle. We did a great job.
Frankly, I’m going to let the president speak to the second part of your question. But, just to say it one time again and I say it all the time, there was no collusion. I didn’t know the president. There was nobody to colluded with. There was no collusion with the campaign. Every time you hear all of these 12 and 14 — it’s stuff that has nothing to do — and frankly, they admit, these are not people involved in the campaign. But to the average reader out there, they are saying, well maybe that does. It doesn’t. Even the people involved, some perhaps told mis(sed) stories. In one case the FBI said there was no lie. There was no lie. Somebody else said there was. We ran a brilliant campaign. And that’s why I’m president. Thank you.
PUTIN: As to who is to be believed, who is not to be believed: you can trust no one. Where did you get this idea that President Trump trusts me or I trust him? He defends the interests of the United States of America and I do defend the interests of the Russian Federation. We do have interests that are common. We are looking for points of contact.
There are issues where our postures diverge and we are looking for ways to reconcile our differences, how to make our effort more meaningful. We should not proceed from the immediate political interests that guide certain political powers in our countries. We should be guided by facts. Could you name a single fact that would definitively prove the collusion? This is utter nonsense — just like the president recently mentioned. Yes, the public at large in the United States had a certain perceived opinion of the candidates during the campaign. But there’s nothing particularly extraordinary about it. That’s usual thing.
President Trump, when he was a candidate, he mentioned the need to restore the Russia/US relationship and it’s clear that certain parts of American society felt sympathetic about it and different people could express their sympathy in different ways. Isn’t that natural? Isn’t it natural to be sympathetic towards a person who is willing to restore the relationship with our country, who wants to work with us?
We heard the accusations about it. As far as I know, this company hired American lawyers and the accusations doesn’t have a fighting chance in the American courts. There’s no evidence when it comes to the actual facts. So we have to be guided by facts, not by rumors.
Now, let’s get back to the issue of this 12 alleged intelligence officers of Russia. I don’t know the full extent of the situation. But President Trump mentioned this issue. I will look into it.
So far, I can say the following. Things that are off the top of my head. We have an existing agreement between the United States of America and the Russian Federation, an existing treaty that dates back to 1999. The mutual assistance on criminal cases. This treaty is in full effect. It works quite efficiently. On average, we initiate about 100, 150 criminal cases upon request from foreign states.
For instance, the last year, there was one extradition case upon the request sent by the United States. This treaty has specific legal procedures we can offer. The appropriate commission headed by Special Attorney Mueller, he can use this treaty as a solid foundation and send a formal, official request to us so that we could interrogate, hold questioning of these individuals who he believes are privy to some crimes. Our enforcement are perfectly able to do this questioning and send the appropriate materials to the United States. Moreover, we can meet you halfway. We can make another step. We can actually permit representatives of the United States, including the members of this very commission headed by Mr. Mueller, we can let them into the country. They can be present at questioning.
In this case, there’s another condition. This kind of effort should be mutual one. Then we would expect that the Americans would reciprocate. They would question officials, including the officers of law enforcement and intelligence services of the United States whom we believe have something to do with illegal actions on the territory of Russia. And we have to request the presence of our law enforcement.
For instance, we can bring up Mr. Browder in this particular case. Business associates of Mr. Browder have earned over $1.5 billion in Russia. They never paid any taxes. Neither in Russia nor in the United States. Yet, the money escapes the country. They were transferred to the United States. They sent huge amount of money, $400 million as a contribution to the campaign of Hillary Clinton. Well, that’s their personal case. It might have been legal, the contribution itself. But the way the money was earned was illegal. We have solid reason to believe that some intelligence officers, guided these transactions. So we have an interest of questioning them. That could be a first step. We can extend also it. Options abound. They all can be found in an appropriate legal framework.

Recall, on Monday at a press conference in Helsinki, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russian law enforcement officers can interrogate accused of interfering in US elections at the request of the United States and send a response to Washington. At the same time, he added, the Russian side in that case would expect from the American “that they interrogate those representatives of the US special services whom Moscow suspects of illegal actions on the territory of the Russian Federation, in the presence of Russian investigators.”
Vladimir Putin mentioned the so-called case of Hermitage Capital, a fund headed by financier William Browder, convicted in Russia of fraud.

PLAINTIFF KONNECH, INC.’S MOTION TO SHOW CAUSE AND FOR CONTEMPT AGAINST DEFENDANTS
Plaintiff Konnech, Inc. (“Konnech”) requests that this Court order Defendants True the Vote, Inc., Gregg Phillips, and Catherine Engelbrecht (“Defendants”) and their counsel of record to appear and show cause why they should not be held in contempt for violating the Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”) entered by this Court on September 12, 2022, based on the following grounds:
Since this Court granted the TRO nine days ago, Konnech has endeavored, on an almost daily basis, to obtain Defendants’ voluntary compliance with the TRO. Instead of complying, however, Defendants have treated compliance with the TRO like a game of cat and mouse. Initially, Defendants took a blanket position that any Konnech data was obtained by an “independent contractor” and that they never took Konnech data from a “protected computer” and, therefore, the data they had was not covered by the TRO. However, when Konnech corrected Defendants’ fundamental misunderstanding of the term “protected computer”—which, as defined by the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, simply means a computer connected to the internet—Defendants changed their position to claim that any Konnech data that they obtained was from a “third party” who “was not contracted to us or paid by us,” that the data was “turned over to the FBI,” and that they no longer possess any Konnech data. Defendants’ position stands in stark contrast to their repeated public statements that their “guys” and “analysts” helped them to obtain Konnech’s data, and their repeated threats to publicly disclose it even after they said they turned it over to the FBI.
In any event, Defendants now openly admit that they will not comply with subsections v, vi, or vii of the TRO because they turned over to the FBI what they now say they believe, but do not know, was Konnech’s data, and because it is otherwise a “matter for the FBI.” In so doing, Defendants are refusing to identify to Konnech those people involved in allegedly taking Konnech’s data, how, when and where they took it and who else has the data. Instead, Defendants have filed a letter addressed to this Court under seal which purports to identify a single individual (whose identity was hidden from Konnech and the public) that was involved in taking Konnech’s data, even though Defendants' prior statements clearly indicated that multiple people were involved.

After first read through, seems to me, that True the Vote, Phillips and Engelbrecht can subpoena the FBI agents who authorized and participated in the operation to surveil and monitor the Wuhan based Konnech servers and also call as hostile witnesses the DOJ attorneys from the National Security Division who later, not only called the operation off, but then notified Konnech that their network had been surveilled and monitored by True the Vote, Phillips and Engelbrecht, omitting fact of FBI authorization and participation in the operation.
Its a great read, recommended. If I didn't know better (wink) I'd think that the attorneys for Konnech know their client is guilty as hell and is trying their best to hang Konnech out to dry by providing tons of self-incriminating and perjurious statements in the complaint but pretending to defend them to the uniformed blueanons.

Don't believe for one minute that the objection by the Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division of the FBI to the Special Master's review of "classified" Mar-A-Lago documents originated in the CI Division of the FBI.
Attachment 1 to DoJ Document 69 contains the declaration of Alan E. Kohler, Assistant Director, Counterintelligence Division, Federal Bureau of Investigation that goes right up to the line of invoking states secret privilege, something Judge Cannon was sure to pick up on. By denying DoJ's motion to stay, Judge Cannon has called DoJ's bluff (we [FBI] have an ace up our sleeve, you [Judge Cannon] know we have an ace up our sleeve, so go ahead and fold your hand now and avoid having your ruling overturned on appeal). Below excerpt also on page 2 of Judge Cannon's denial, noting the gist of Attachment 1, Doc 69 the Kohler Declaration:

During the first part of the interview Dr. Frank tells Brannon Howse about the FBI meeting him at the airport and serving the warrant allowing them to seize his phone. Dr. Frank is almost effusive in describing the two FBI agents as being polite and considerate during this encounter. They allowed him access to the phone to call his wife to let her know when he would be home and that (without telling her why) he would be out of phone contact for the rest of the evening. Then they allowed him to use the phone to show them his son's phone number in the directory so that as soon as the FBI had finished taking a forensic image of his phone, they could call his son to let Dr. Frank know that his phone was available for return. When Dr. Frank realizes the two FBI agents do not know why they are seizing his phone, he takes the opportunity to fill them in on the case against Tina Peters and the deliberate destruction of election records by Dominion computer technicians in Mesa County, Colorado.
In the process of telling that story, Dr. Frank informs Brannon Howse about new information he has just received that corroborates and confirms the analysis the cyber security experts working with Mike Lindell had done on the Tina Peters before and after forensic images of the Mesa County election equipment in connection with the "Trusted Build" upgrade by the Dominion technicians.

"She (Tina Peters) knew something was amiss. She was investigating it. She didn't do anything illegal. Didn't do anything wrong. She did everything within her authority to investigate. The one thing... this whole thing wouldn't have even happened except that Jena Griswold became aware of a tiny bit of what was copied became available on the internet, somehow, in a hacking group somewhere. You know hackers are always sharing information and talking about things. And when she saw it, if she had said nothing, nothing would have ever happened with this. But she went ballistic at that point. And guess what it was that they discovered?
A group of secret passwords.
Now, I want you to understand this. This is a really important thing. I was just in Colorado, in Pueblo Colorado. I have a tape recording. I could play it for you, but we shouldn't do that right now, it would be a little clumsy. But I have a tape recording of a clerk there admitting to his citizens that every one of their election devices has modems in it.
But then he says, "But, its nothing to worry about because they can't.. they are turned off and the only way to turn them on is if you know the secret password." And so this citizen says, "Well, who has the secret password?" And he (the clerk) says, "The Secretary of State and the vendor."
But, you see what he just said. He just admitted, if you have the secret passwords you can turn the machines on. OK. Guess what? That's what leaked out to the public. So, that's why Jena Griswold totally freaked out because she's like, "Whoa!" These secret passwords are out there but I got to tell you, the bad guys have them too.
And that's why Mike was able to acquire so many PCAP recordings. But, nevertheless, think about it. They're essentially... the Secretary of State and this clerk are essentially admitting that all of Colorado is hackable if you have those passwords. And guess what? A lot of people have those passwords.
And that's just an echo of another court case. I'm going to be at another case in two weeks in Oregon. Actually, its next week. Wow! Time flies. Next week I'm going to be in Oregon. I'm going to be testifying in a there with Jeff O'Donell where the Secretary of State there, in Oregon, has filed a lawsuit against a citizen, a restraining order, telling them that they are not allowed to share the data they were given by their local clerk. And in the restraining order it says, "If this information gets out to the public it will compromise the integrity of our state elections and nationally anybody using these systems because the machines can be accessed wirelessly even when they are not connected to the local network."
In other words, the State of Oregon Attorney General in their formal brief, this is not me making this up, in their formal brief has admitted, that if you have the codes (sic) you can hack their whole election.
Well, wait a minute. We just heard that in Colorado. Now we're hearing it in Oregon. We're hearing this all over the country. This is not news to those of us who have been working in this area."

On 11 August 2021 when Tina Peters arrived at the Cyber Symposium, he forensic images were projected side by side to compare them on the large screen TV on the conference center stage, and a copy was linked out to Ron Watkins, who was then remoted back to the conference center on another screen on stage, and Watkins did a live analysis of anomalies he was seeing between the original . before forensic image and the updated 'Trusted Build' / after forensic image of the Mesa County, Colorado voting equipment. No one on GAW needs to have the significance of just happening to have had CodeMonkeyZ standing by to do the live remote forensic analysis of the two data bases. This, actually, was the least of the Q proofs that "leaked" during the three day symposium.

"What's crazy to me, its almost hard to put into words because there are so many converging narratives. Like one little one, one seemingly little one out of that is the weaponization of US Intel Agencies like the FBI is already permeating the news cycle, right. I accept that, but, are we really to believe that right when things do go over and right when the boomerang does come back, six years later, it just happens to be right before the 2022 midterms and all this stuff that is in the news.
So, for me, this is an interesting example for when people like me say that, you know, we sort of control things or patriots sort of control things more at an overt level. You don't even have to go down that road with this. All you have to do is look into Devolution, or Devolution adjacent kind of concepts and think, "Well, patriots have had the dirt on these guys for six years, and even despite what people like Kyle say, and I love his show and follow all of his research, I don't believe for an instant that charges could not have been brought three years ago. I think though that they have thought strategically, you know like holding your ammunition, right.
They've held back their legal ammunition until, in my opinion, until the collective mind of American society had been saturated with Russian collusion. And conservatives want to see this boomerang come back around. But if it had started with Russian collusion against the FBI and the Clintons and all that kind of stuff years ago, the left is going to check out of that. The normie mind is going to check out of all that stuff.
So I think the way that the narrative seeding works is that you have to give them a digestible pill into or in accepting a Russian collusion narrative, and Trump was basically the walking red pill during his first administration. Any narrative that got deployed against him liberals ate up, the middle of society just ate it all up. So now when those narratives come back around and there's actual legal bite at the end of them, they have to swallow it, right. its like they took a pill four years ago that is just now dissolving. I see it as a strategic timing as to when these trials are happening.
