I think viruses do actually exist, and the science is there to show it, but I don't think there are actual deadly viral pandemics. The story of SARS-CoV-2, in particular, is highly questionable. It's primarily a pandemic of testing, and the tests are mostly false positives.
It's important to investigate germ theory vs. terrain theory because terrain theory is probably much more important to inform health decisions. Germ theory is ... not garbage, but it misses the point. The point is not how the flu spreads, the point is why someone suffers symptoms, while others experience no symptoms. The answers are likely nutrition, vitamin D, and chemical and EMF poisoning.
This does not mean SARS-CoV-2 does not exist, it just means 7 labs could not isolate it from samples where they expected to find it.
It is obvious that Covid is a pretext to get everyone injected with a series of shots. SARS-CoV-2 may or may not exist in some form, somewhere. But the "pandemic" is primarily a pandemic of testing, and most of the tests are probably false positives.

Viruses probably exist, but essential research is suppressed or is not done, to drive the narrative that viruses are deadly and that vaccination is how to be protected. When real science is done, we will likely find a better appreciation of viruses as part of the human virome. "Viral diseases" will be understood as caused by poor nutrition and systematic chronic or acute poisoning.

It seems likely this is VAIDS. "Monkeypox" can easily be cover for shingles, which was mentioned in at least 13,224 VAERS reports, keeping in mind there's an underreporting factor estimated at 41 or 44 times.
All of these "monkeypox outbreaks" are in highly vaccinated, Western countries.
The vaccine has coincided with new and aggressive cancers, and return of existing cancers in people who were fine for years. There is a major drop in CD8+ T-cells in the Covid-vaccinated - immune cells which keep cancer in check (and other things, too).
