Concerning Scripture, context matters.

Anyone can make Scripture support whatever strange teaching they want with one or two out of context quotes… and they often have and they still do… all the time. Scripture is clear and warns about Scripture twisting and quoting out of context. Ironically it’s one of the reasons some of the scribes and Pharisees of Jesus’ day were rebuked.

Everything Jesus did/said supported the accuracy and authenticity of Scripture - the same Scripture we have today (Dead Sea Scrolls predate Jesus). And He also said many times that He had other sheep (not of His flock/Israel) that He would gather in to His flock. He explicitly sent His followers to go to the Gentiles and to the ends of the earth and to make other disciples.

However, even very early on (the New Testament discusses this thoroughly), the true faith was being corrupted by agents of the evil one - who appear as ministers of light. And political Christianity under Constantine, the Holy Roman Empire and subsequent European regimes have carried on that corruption. So much so that it is difficult for anti-theists to separate true faith from the hypocrisy.

The evil one can’t create. He only twists what is good to deceive and give excuses to hard-hearts to avoid the good.

Again - a few snippets of truth mixed in with presuppositions and negative emotions is not and will never be the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

“All Scripture is god-breathed” (2 Tim. 3:16) and “No Scripture is of private interpretation,” (2 Pet. 1:20) but Scripture must interpret Scripture. Context matters.

I trust the traditional scribal transmission method from Moses to Ezra (and the men of the Great Assembly; Daniel, Mordechai, etc.) to DSS. And which subsequently has remained unchanged from DSS to Masoretes to our time. Along with all the extra-biblical manuscripts supporting the scribal transmission’s fidelity and accuracy.

Usually when anti-theist scholars have issues with Scripture it is moreso over the denial of the metaphysical nature of its truth rather than its historical narrative. In truth, throughout history the Bible has debunked archaeologists many times (see, Nineveh for ex.).

For me the issue is trusting a few modern revisionist university trained Egyptologists vs. millennia of meticulous scribal tradition.

But as a mentioned already, we’ll have to agree to disagree since I believe God is able to preserve His messages. Ultimately adherence to the ancient scriptural prophetic narrative comes down to faith vs. adherence to the archaeological (scientific) narrative which, by definition, requires skepticism.

Also, since you mentioned it a couple times already - don’t discount the effect that negative emotions are having on your reasoning process. A resentment toward a corrupt political religious system having been forced upon you will undoubtedly bias you toward any pursuit of truth. What you have done is akin to someone throwing away, say the Constitution since America has done such a crappy job adhering to it. If I was to judge the Constitution solely by America’s citizenry and its political parties I would be doing myself a disservice.

No one revised the Dead Sea Scrolls.

But keep trusting in your University educated historians and Smithsonian gatekept narrative if you’d like. They are the “experts” after all.

I’ll stick to the most ancient and reliable manuscripts thanks.

Ahab, her husband was the king of Israel. When Jezebel (princess of Tyre) married Ahab she became queen of Israel. Their capital was Samaria, not Tyre. That’s how monarchies work.

Your point is kinda like saying Prince Phillip’s father was the prince of Greece. So what? He still married Queen Elizabeth II. He was still the Duke of Edinburgh. He was still part of the British monarch and his son is still King of Britain.

As for your doubt regarding the historical accuracy of the scriptural narrative… we’ll have to agree to disagree. I am of the mind that all Scripture is God-breathed and God is Truth. I place very little stock in anti-Theist revisionist history.

Thanks for your reply and all the best.

2 Kings 10:31 But Jehu took no heed to walk in the law of the Lord God of Israel with all his heart: for he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam, which made Israel to sin.

Jezebel was Queen of the northern kingdom of Israel. Valley of the son of Hinnom is in the southern kingdom of Judah and Moloch worship peaked in Judah under King Manasseh after the northern Kingdom had already been wiped out.

It’s all pretty clear in the books of Kings and Chronicles.

DamTahor 2 points ago +2 / -0

He was an evil king of Israel that many ignorant Christians prophesy about/identify with because he destroyed Ahab and Jezebel’s dynasty in an overly zealous and bloody manner…

… but in the end he led God’s people to more idol worship and God destroyed him and his dynasty too.

Truly great post!

To add a bit:

Everyone knows the Hebrew/Biblical word for peace is “Shalom”. However, few realize that its definition isn’t the mere absence of war.

Shalom means complete or perfect wholeness - in your minds, in your bodies, in your souls, in your families, in your relationships, in your livelihoods, etc.

This is what the Luciferian cabal is trying to destroy and steal from us.

True peace is only possible if/when we have peace with God, peace within our own souls, peace with our families, friends and neighbors.

Liberty begins in the home.

Be blessed and look up!

What I find interesting is he admits that White Hats are deliberately targeting you and I with confusion. Sounds like a great team to root for/s

My hat is and will remain aluminum.

1
DamTahor 1 point ago +1 / -0

Totally agree.

Let me add a bit though.

The Luciferian plan is to use the secret handshake club black hats to destabilize the world.

Then, when the frog pot gets to a nice boil, the secret handshake club white hats swoop in to “rescue” the world with their wannabe god/emperor and his ancient pre-planned final solution 2.0. (Out of the frog pot and into the guillotines).

This is what prophecy has warned us of. The Antichrist will be able to deceive (even the so-called elect) with lying signs and wonders and promises of peace when there is no peace.

This is the meaning of the Luciferian secret handshake club’s motto “Solve Coagula” (as found on the Knights Templar Baphomet abomination). First they “dissolve” everything (Solve) so they can “reconstitute” (Coagula) a New World Order in their preferred Satanic/Beast image.

They will succeed and are succeeding as we speak… just as the holy prophets predicted.

But with each of their seeming successes they also inch closer to their assured eternal destruction at the hands of the Son of God the King of the Jews and his holy legions.

Maranatha! Look up! Your redemption draws near!

Spoiler Alert: The White Hats are the white squares on the Secret Handshake Club’s chess board.

They are the “Coagula” part of the Luciferian motto “Solve Coagula”. They are the proposed solution to the Black Hat’s dissolution of the world as we know it.

Scripture is very clear that the Antichrist is going to be charismatic and universally loved - an advocate of “Peace, peace, when there is no peace.”

This means that first, Satan (the god of this world and the possessor of all governments) will cause havoc until people will be desperately begging for his White Hat solution. THE White Hat. Aka Antichrist.

Q is the mysterious Clone Army of the seemingly benevolent Senator (soon to be Emperor) Palpatine. Be wise (and humble) Jedis. Don’t be Order 66’d. Trust in the Son of God and His Spirit alone.

Peace!

Messiah said the Kingdom is specifically within His disciples. He also clarified, if you remain in His words you are truly His disciples. His words/teachings are what are key here. If you build your life on His teaching you are like a man who builds his home on a foundation of rock - when the storms and floods come you are safe. If you build your life on anything other than His teaching you are like a man who builds his house on the sand - when the storms come you will be swept away.

Looking for some hidden keys of knowledge within any other teachings other than the Word of God is dangerous. And it is unnecessary. The child with Down’s Syndrome, though lacking in the ability to read the volumes of the Zohar, the Sefer Yetzira, Shaarei Kedusha, etc., has just as much access to Messiah’s teachings and God’s friendship.

Please be careful in your pursuit of spiritual things that you aren’t swept away - “As above so below” is a famous occult principle. It sounds good to the undiscerning. As above (Satan is the prince of the power of the air), so below (aka Hell). Rather stick to Yeshua’s teachings - Our Father’s will be done on earth as in Heaven.

Walking with God is far far more difficult than merely complicated intellectual pursuits - which admittedly give a false sense of accomplishment and special status among peers, but are ultimately NOT what God is asking of us.

Master Yeshua’s teachings first - both in believing Him and doing His commands. He talks about Geihinnom a lot, it’s nature, and how to avoid it… which is ultimately why He was born, died and rose again (and is Returning!).

“How can we hate on Masons when George Washington and his friends were high ranking ones?”

Still believe the official “America was founded on Judeo-Christian values and liberty” narrative (or rather psy-op)? Just how red-pilled are you? And just how red-pilled do you wanna be?

1
DamTahor 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don’t you mean “Tikkun olam b’malchut Shaddai”? That is the actual direct quote. Since their is no tikkun olam without the Almighty’s Sovereignty.

And your assumption is false. Just because I said other religious texts aren’t a source of pure untainted wisdom doesn’t mean I have neither read nor studied them. I’ve studied both Religious Studies in University and Seminary Apologetics… not to mention my own private studies. My point is, one can read, say, Greek Mythology, but would be a fool to look to it as a guide for one’s eternal destiny - whether you believe that destiny includes Hell or not.

Don’t be duped by gnosis. As Proverbs highlights, Wisdom is found in the public marketplace calling out to the simple. She is not found in secret rooms of elite cabals and obscure texts of ascetics and wannabe high priests.

All the best! Thanks for the lively conversation - it is much appreciated. Huge blessings and peace!

Agendas may be kept hidden from the lower members, but the blood oaths of secrecy aren’t.

They literally swear an oath to deceive you but we’re supposed to assume they’re okay because the ends justify the means?

Low level Masons are the armor protecting Epstein Island clientele. Period.

1
DamTahor 1 point ago +2 / -1

It’s true. Many Masons are ignorant that they are complicit in a complex Luciferian vetting system which promotes the worst enemies of God for schemes of world domination and oppression.

However, ignorant as they are, I still would never trust any of them.

Ask your friend if he swore an oath on penalty of horrific death to never tell you the truth about Freemasonry. Then tell me that he’s a moral guy who’s just in it for the beer and strippers.

First off, Judaism, due to the nature of our day and age, has suspended the prohibitions on studying Kabbalistic texts. However, the fact that these prohibitions existed should give you pause - proof that they are pure unadulterated medieval Gnosticism. Secret knowledge prohibited to the common filthy masses like the children, the poor, the widows and the orphans.

It doesn’t matter that medieval gnostics anachronistically believe that Abraham studied in the Academy of Shem (who they believe is aka Malki-Tzedek). It makes ZERO difference because the actual Word of God, the Torah states that Abraham was a “friend of God.”

You get it yet? Direct revelation through relationship is what Hashem is all about. Not how many occultic secrets you can amass from blind guides. That revelation can only be found in His Word, as per His Word - both the written Scriptures and His Son Who is the fulfilled embodiment of those very Scriptures.

If you are trying to get “wisdom” from all faiths you are a fool since the fear of Hashem is the beginning of wisdom. Why drink from polluted and poisoned wells when the Father is literally freely offering you the purest water of life? Foolishness!

Truth and Wisdom are a Person. Not intellectual pursuits. Seek the Person. He is a friend to the poor. He judges the cause of the widow and the orphan. He welcomes little children and those who want to see Him must become like little children. But he resists the proud. He mocks those who are wise in their own eyes.

Hell IS eternal separation from God. That is why it is Hell. God is the source of all joy, pleasure, life, good, etc. People who want nothing to do with Him will get what they want in the end. Only they don’t understand that the pleasure they stole from sin was an abuse of God’s grace. They will be forever rejecting God and rejected by God. In God’s eternal garbage dump, if you will. Out of His sight and out of His mind for eternity. There will be no grey areas, no reprieves - like here in this mortal fading world - there will only be absolute black and white, light and darkness, Heaven and Hell.

Scripture and Messiah’s own words are clear on this. And we are not to take away or add to it.

I am Jewish. Geihinnom, Sheol, Lake of Fire are all eternal places of punishment.

The earliest Jewish sages all wrote about eternal punishment.

After Gnostic Christianity, Constantinian political Christianity and interaction with medieval Islam, Judaism began to be corrupted with mysticism and ideas like purgatory and/or the “washing machine” concept of Geihinnom.

Also, if you understood Judaism you would know that rabbis are famous for their disagreements, and that creeds are less important than actual practice. Even today you will not find a single over-arching dogma regarding the afterlife in Judaism as a whole. Many rabbis - from the same sect - will disagree vehemently with each other in such matters.

But, as Yeshua said, we should always be careful to not nullify the plain meaning of Scriptures for the sake of traditions. Human dogmas don’t outrank the Word of God.

And, as I already mentioned, if one can suffer and atone for their own sins in “Hell” then Mashiach did not need to be stricken for our transgressions and the prophet Isaiah is a liar and you are calling the Heavenly Father a sadist for needlessly sending His Son to be tortured - GOD FORBID!

The stark reality is that a place of eternal punishment was created for God’s enemies (the Satan and his followers). And He gives each one of us every opportunity, AND MORE, to avoid it - up to and including sending His own Son to die as our atonement. Anyone who rejects His Son and spits on what He freely and lovingly offered us - while we were still His enemies mind you - is worthy of God’s anger. God forbid! If this seems harsh to one’s carnal mind it is because they imagine God to be like them - a mental idol of their own understanding. They call God a liar by rejecting His revealed truth of the words of His Son and His prophets as found in Scripture.

God is not a man that He should lie or change. And He doesn’t play around when it comes to Sin, Death and Sheol. Thank God! Because it also means He doesn’t play around when it comes to His promises of forgiveness, grace, peace and eternal life.

Anyway, apologies for the tldr. Blessings!

Fwiw… This week’s traditional Torah portion/Scripture reading (called Beshalach) is the parting of the Red Sea and this week’s Sabbath is a special one called the Sabbath of Singing (Shabbat Shirah) which commemorates the Song at the Red Sea.

DamTahor 1 point ago +1 / -0

Gnostic garbage.

God isn’t impressed with IQ or secret hidden knowledge. He’s impressed with your trust. Hence the simple revealed preserved Scriptures are the final arbiter of faith.

And just as His love is perfect, eternal and unchanging, so is His anger toward His enemies. Scripture is very clear that once you die you go to the Heavenly Court for your sentence. Sheol/Geihinnom and the Lake of Fire are permanent. There is no work release program as if God is some lefty bleeding-heart Soros appointed judge who winks at sin. There is only repentance TODAY.

If one can “Do Time” in purgatory for their own sins then Messiah’s death is a mockery and unnecessary. Today, if you will hear His voice, REPENT.
