Seriously most these people have never seen stars because they live in such a light polluted area. Most of all these sightings are literally just planes. People are just dumb. Especially people from new Jersey. A few sightings are probably personal quadcopters that either the rich have or the police/military are testing out. The only other theory ive seen float around is these are high tech nuke sniffer drones looking for a dirty bomb and the tech has been around awhile.
