He lied about Mike not being physically attacked, he also lied that there were no cyber attacks against Mike during the symposium, he admitted he stole data from Mike, data which Josh admits is from the 2020 election, but in fake news articles claims doesn't prove anything (more lies), he admits to stealing data from Mike, and admits he violated his NDA, apparently he doesn't even care. He pretended it made no difference that the Washington Times published their hit-piece on Mike, an article posted literally 10 minutes after a conversation he had with others, which isn't possible unless it was pre-written, and then tries to make excuses how the author of the article could have done it. He lied about what was presented at the symposium and downplays what was presented. If the call was still posted, I'd go through it again and just list out more of the lies the guy tells on the call.
Mike's commentary provides context. It's obvious to anyone who listens to the call Josh is a lying turd bent on sabotaging the symposium and smearing Mike.
I'm glad Mike is suing this fool and I'm very glad Mike ended up not releasing more of his data for this fool to poison pill. Mike showed his evidence at the symposium. He obviously has it. The red team he hired, which included the infiltrator Josh, to validate it was from the 2020 election all said it was from the 2020 election. I've watched it, I saw the logs, I saw the logs of the remote connections, I also saw how Dominion is trying to erase the evidence. None of the media is saying his evidence is invalid, just that he doesn't have any, which is false since the red team saw some of it already. I guess you can believe the fake news or your own eyes, your call.
As for the confusion during and immediately after the symposium, I'm sure it took a few days to piece together what happened, especially after Mike's team received the phone call recording of Josh implicating himself. Get caught up on what has been figured out since: the "poison pill" wasn't already in the data, and Josh was never able to insert it into the data because Mike wisely cut off access to the data when they smelt trouble. The "poison pill" was meant to corrupt the new data Mike was going to release at the symposium so the fake news could falsely claim the data was invalid. Eventually I'm sure the data will be available, but right now is not the time since Mike is heavily censored and the data will still be vulnerable to a poison pill if he tried to release it.
Regardless of what the fake news consumers think, the evidence was enough to convince states like Missouri that a forensic audit is needed. The race by Dominion to cover up the evidence on the voting machine rages on, while the fake news continues to censor the truth Mike speaks. Time will tell how things work but one thing is for certain: truth will conquer.

Enough was shown that there was fuckery afoot. So not only did the red team all confirm that the data was from the 2020 election, it was shown at the symposium that there were obvious remote connections into the voting machines. Media blackout on that one.

Where did you read that? That's a load of lies and doesn't even make any sense. What really happened is if Mike had dumped the data proving the connections were from China, Josh would have stolen a copy of the data violating his NDA (which he had already done so he was poised to do it), insert a poison pill, which would make the data look invalid, and then smuggle that to the lamestream media who would have blasted all day and all night how Mike's data was corrupt. Mike would have been arguing with them for months in the media if that had happened, which he would have lost because he is already censored on every major platform. I wonder why?

I can't really argue with that logic, as Lindell has been talking about releasing this for 8 months now, and even Lindell stated after the fact that they only brought 1 terabyte (and who knows in what actual form). They failed to pair the Dominion machine's logs up with that election data during their symposium.
Lindell released a batch of data to the red team which Josh was on and they all confirmed it was from the 2020 election. That's what the 5 million was for, and no one was able to take it because they couldn't disprove that the data was from the 2020 election. But the fake news spins a different tale, but notice none of those articles even deny the data was from the 2020 election.
Mike was going to release the batch of data that would prove the remote connections came from China on the morning of day 2, when he found out that there was a poison pill operation against him, of which Josh was most likely the culprit, he decided to cut access off to the data.
