Since covid I take vitamin C vitamin D, zinc, quercetin daily. I started on Lugol's idione recently.

I used to take NAC daily but I started getting hives. Have to research I found that it causes histamine and can cause rashes. I stopped taking it the hives went away. I also felt that it was very calming and I love taking it because I suffer from anxiety. I wanted to stay on it for that reason.

Sorry for all that you've been through.

In 60 plus years I have never experienced anything like this in my life.
