Well, this theory of mine is a headscratcher too. Well, here is the thing - the elites who think they control us need us to believe their lies so that we can "miscreate" whatever they want us to "miscreate". All they have to do is plant the idea or suggestion like a meme. That is why they conduct a lot of predictive programming in movies to guide us in accepting the beliefs they intend for us to believe. For the particular scenario regarding vaccines, after undertaking mass vaccinations of large sections of the population, they then follow that up by planting a suggestion that the vaccines are causing death or severe illnesses. If this belief is picked up, then possibly we can "miscreate" massive deaths as they desire. At the foundation of this theory is the idea that when the Creator made us in His own image, He imbued us with the capacity to create from the mind just as He did. This capacity to create from beliefs makes it highly critical what one believes or is made to believe. Trump is trying to plant a counter-meme, that the vaccines are not dangerous and perfectly safe so as to prevent the "miscreation".
