Crazy thing about that photo op is that the FBI walked into the building with everything in that photo besides the Times magazine cover.

The FBI put their own covers saying "SECRET/SCI" on the floor then photographed them as if that's what they took from Trump.

That was the original purpose.

Then they started removing check marks from already verified accounts because they didn't like their posts. They also started refusing to verify the "wrong" type of people. Effectively making it a 'twitter approved' status badge
