The humongous elephant in the room is the Diversity and Inclusion networks throughout all the public and private institutions of the western world. They are insurgent networks.
They influence and control policy and they mandate that staff are trained in the tenets and concepts of their worldview (which is Marxist/Maoist), thus bypassing the normal democratic practise of putting up your manifesto, campaigning on it to win votes and letting the public decide. Instead, they just take direct control of all the arms of the state and impose and indoctrinate that way.
It's the HUUUUUGE big mechanism that is so frickin overt. Every public institution has them and most of the private ones now.
Communitarianism, the Great Reset etc. They want peoples employers to own their employees body, mind and soul by making a belief in their shitty worldview a necessity for continuing employment.
