This is good news to me. I refuse to consent to my adult daughter who lives in an intermediate care facility being vaccinated, because she tested positive last November and has natural immunity. Since I won’t allow her to be vaccinated I am not allowed close contact visits with her. She is only allowed to go on a home visit if she quarantines for 14 days when she returns to the facility. Those who have been fully vaccinated are allowed close contact visits and to go on home visits without a mandatory quarantine period. Don’t know what it’s like in other states, but I’ve basically been told that because Adolf BesHitler of Kentucky has continued his emergency declaration no one who resides in a facility has any due process rights.
There isn’t a day that goes by that I’m not reminded about why I homeschooled my children.

I would add that too. The director of our district health department (comprising 10 counties) posts his nonsense on Fakebook. I’ve let him know how I feel. He’s complicit with our Governor and director of public health in using “audits” to make it look like the cases are going up again.
