Proper use of caffeine is in Bible study. :)
You're most welcome.
There's also two other channels I frequent:
- Inspiring Philosophy: https://www.youtube.com/c/InspiringPhilosophy. He looks at a lot of interlinear readings and actual Hebrew/Greek/Latin words to get the real meaning out of bible verses.
- Unlearn The Lies: https://www.youtube.com/c/UnlearnTheLiesHere. Just like Inspiring Philosophy. He tackles misconceptions in the Bible by going directly to the source and doing proper linguistic/contextual analysis.
Yeshua Saves! God Bless You.
Edit: I'd like to call attention to specifically:
- The keeping of Sabbath (Unlearn). I have a slight disagreement here about the Sabbath having to be Saturday, because Mar Mari Emmanuel claims that it should be taken spiritually. Nevertheless I still keep Saturday sabbath.
- The flood being regional (IP)
- The food laws still being valid (Unlearn)
- The two Genesis accounts being about two groups of humans (IP). I think the takeaway was that prior to Adam and Eve, there were humans (i.e. the first Genesis account of creation was for Gentiles and the second was for Jews: Adam and Eve). I somewhat agree.
- IP also debunks a lot of bullshit things flat-earthers, new-agers, Muslims, and dumb LGBT/Atheists trying to "gotcha" Christians. He also looks critically at scientific discoveries and shows how they actually are in line with the Bible's teaching (even sometimes debunking misconceptions of scientific theories).
Mar Mari Emmanuel says the same thing in his Revelations sermons.

Yeah. And the people are not happy about it. Push will come to shove soon.
Not really. The government that was in power (Rajapakshas) were just as globalist as the current president.
The uprising intended to clean out the Rajapakshas and all political dynasties. The government just pulled a fast one on the people and replaced the Gota with Ranil in a (as we call it) "deal".
I have no idea what will happen here.
Prime ministers. PM is now president.
We'll kick him out too.
Uh. No, the covid pass failed here. And this isn't using the covid pass qr codes it's a new system.
Am I happy about it? No. Do I want to kill every armed forces jackals? YES.
This has seemingly already happened in Sri Lanka, as Rajapaksa’s replacement appears to be a devoted WEF stooge.
Yeah. Except, the public is pissed about it. The Archbishop here is pissed, the protesters are pissed, the commies are pissed. Expect a new wave of protests and possible bloodbath/civil war.
FWIW, Rajapaksha was a WEF stooge.
We've already started...
Amish are anabaptist anyway. I think the word you were going for is Hutterite; they tend to work with new technology (cars, farm tractors, telephones, electricity, computers) but take care in using them.
Recently though, I don't think it's uncommon for Amish kids to have small dumb phones.
Sidenote: I'm the de-facto lead engineer for a national IT company that takes care of key infrastructure in our country and still use a dumb phone (the same one I used since 2010). As my mentor used to say: "One tool for one job".
Cool :)
But to re-iterate:
My comment was that the video didn't reflect the title it was given (i.e. that the person being chased was a wealthy person).
You're sources are right that politicians are getting clobbered. But people aren't going out of their way to clobber them. Politicians either go to "have solidarity" with the protesters and get chased away., or kick the hornet's nest and get their residences torched (suspicious anyway considering we're in a fuel shortage, why spend your hard earned fuel you spent days in the queue just to use it to torch a person's house?).
People are getting robbed (mostly homes because our people tend to keep doors open when they're home), but no one is going WWZ and attacking every wealthy person on the street (yet) as that tweet insinuated.
I am happy you are in a position to get your family thru the mess, most there are not.
We've been helping in anyway that we can since the Covid scam started. We'll keep doing so until the situation improves or we go down with the ship.
In any case, all that is coming here to the US.
I can only pray in this instance. God bless your people and may you (inevitably) get your country back.
My intention was the original intention of Trump when he called the protesters to the capitol, not what the media labelled it as.
But yeah, I see what you're saying, and in hindsight I should have thought that over.
Indeed. But I have some faith that this will be different, as everyone is sick and tired of corrupt officials.
Update (2022 07 10)
- The president announced via the parliament speaker that he will resign on the 13th.
- Prime minister has also agreed to resign.
- Prime ministers house was torched (cleaning evidence?). Journalists reporting on the incident were attacked by the police STF (our SWAT). High chance this is provocateur work. Several people announced they have evidence.
In hindsight I probably should have thought twice about calling it Jan 6th. The intention was people taking back power. There were undoubtedly events with provocateur, but for the most part it was a people's uprising.
To be honest, it took us a whole lot of accepting offers before we became so truly fucked that we couldn't take it anymore and now here we are.
I will be absolutely dissapointed if you guys don't do this.
That was a joke.
I don't know how the military and govt. systems work.
But... in our country it works the opposite way. There's a iron panel on the door, the electromagnet disengages when the credentials are right.
Or the power foes out.
Don't ask me why. I chalk it up to cheap Chinese shit. I can open the door to our office by just removing the fingerprint unit and shorting two pins.
It's bullshit. :D
Well, that was me. And no I'm not acting; I am a Sri Lankan. If you're suspicious, that's alright, and being cautious is what you should be doing here. If my English skills are what makes you suspicious; I wasn't raised in SL, I returned here after my father divorced with my mother, I haven't left since.
I did say the video is old. I said it was inaccurate because it was:
- Old, and at the start of the protests.
- Was a police officer and not a politician/wealthy person.
I specifically pointed out that the uniform was the same khaki one we used since the British left the country. And that the reason he was being chased away was because he tried to push around protestors (people hate the police here but tend to bend over, even begrudgingly). Idiot thought the usual shouting would work, got beat down.
CIA most probably: the current president (the one we want out) was a US citizen before being president. The circumstances of his relinquishing citizenship is an issue because according to the Constitution, you can't even be a candidate for presidency as a dual-citizen. He somehow bullied the Supreme Court into taking his side (or at least the Supreme Court said that it can no longer investigate because becoming president makes him immune).
The replacement Prime Minister, Ranil Wickremasinghe (we want him out too), has been a globalist plant since the 80s. I suspect he gave our 30-year civil war life-support because he was a globalist plant.
You're right about the treasury being looted. The general consensus now is that all the finances of all political individuals and their associates need to be scrutinized and investigated. During the Pandora papers, we were shown that Nirupama Rajapaksha had enough money in offshore accounts to feed the entirety of the country for years.
As for debt, I have no idea how things will go. A current minister, Vasudeva Nanayakkara said the same thing about the IMF: "they'll fleece us.". Despite being a part of the problem, even he knows that SHTF if IMF gets in.
The current fuel crisis is being engineered to put Ceypetco (The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation) out of business. The reason it was incorporated in the first place by Sirimavo Bandarnayake is because:
- We don't have fuel resources,
- therefore we can't make our own fuel,
- we were already dependent on fuel because... well y'know we're a country with industries.
External oil companies saw the opportunity and started asking for whatever price they wanted since we had no bargaining power.
Sirimavo's solution was to tariff the shit out of the externals and incorporate Ceypetco. Ceypetco then brings in crude oil and processes it at Sapugaskanda/Kerawalapitiya. This doesn't just give us petrol/diesel, but a whole lot of additional products during refining that we sell to the nation at a lower price.
Most of the oil fiasco is deflection from "No USD" to "The shipment is delayed". All to destroy Ceypetco and give Lanka IOC (Indian Oil Corp) a foothold (at the time of writing they are the only ones capable of supplying what petrol we have remaining.
Look to iceland for guidance on how to do this well. They crashed out hard in 2008 when their small and horribly over-levered economy failed, and they told the debtors (all the same thieving bankers that blew up tied to realestate and mortage backed securites) to piss off and recovered themselves.
I'm not sure if we're in a position to make this move at the current time. A lot of key industries depend on imports, and doing this will bring us back to the Qingdao Carbon Fertilizer fiasco. Not sure how it'll go, but we'll see.
You sound in high spirits - I hope you are well and safe, and your family and friends are likewise thriving.
I'm rather well-off actually, the crisis hasn't affected me as much as it has affected others (who have had their entire lives wiped out). On one hand it makes me angry, but at the same time I understand there needs to be a catalyst.
WWG1WGA!
Agreed.
Time for you guys to go 1776 next.
WWG1WGA!
I've made a post about this a long time ago. Here:

Have fun! :)
Nah. We just pulled the power so the electro-magnets went offline.
Now that you mention it, yeah. He's brash and a bit self-centered.
