The President is the Commander In Chief of the US Military and thus is not a normal civilian, but one that holds the highest rank of the entire US military. I assure you, he most certainly can face courts martial (military tribunal) BY the military in accordance with the UCMJ.
Not many people understand this very important aspect because they dont understand how military works in these instances. In this case, a "Courts Martial" would be a Tribunal. a Tribunal would be the more serious one to face, but overall is still a form of Courts Martial.
ALL Federal employees, politicians included up to President, are subject to authority under Tribunal in the case of insurrections, treasons, etc. We're definitely within that realm.

Look, I'm not trying to be intentionally contrarian here, I'm telling you from first hand experience of over 36 years of working on or around every airframe the military and commercial airlines have, both US and allied countries: from large cargo to small frames, personal and fighter aircraft. I was TRAINED, by the military, on how jet engines of all types work and how they respond at altitudes. Ergo, I am 100% certain I know what I'm talking about. No idea what your background is, but I'm leaning toward not being quite as extensive as mine. Not a dig on ya, just laying out a fact for this conversation.
Contrails are formed from superheated water vapor in the ambient air to form, basically, steam. Once it cools to ambient, it dissipates, no matter the altitude or temperatures. This is 100% known and factual and can be proven through basic thermodynamics (2nd Law, specifically).
Easy experiment anyone can do: Boil a pan of water. If the steam cloud coming from the water dissipates into the rooms ambient temp, its actually a home-made vapor trail, albeit at a very basic "fun" level. There is no case I have ever heard where the steam from said boiling water created a cloud that remained and grew bigger in anyones kitchen, as chemtrails (geoengineering) do.
The spin on the subject is real.....just like Fauci and other Govt entities saying Vaccines are good for you.

I've been around aircraft, all types, my entire adult life. I know what a contrail is.
When an aircraft leaves a line behind it that does not dissipate, that is not a Contrail. Contrails are nothing more than superheated air from the exhaust that pulls water vapor from the cooler surrounding air. Once than air reaches ambient temperature once more, it dissipates. Think of a cold day and you going outside and seeing your own breath in the cold air. Same thing.
There's a TON of research and facts already done on this topic so gonna cut it off here. Just know, it's a real thing and easily researchable.
Band together. Refuse. Meet force with force. At this point, it's the only choice they have given you.
It's been done before on multiple occasions. This would not be an unprecedented move.
