Up until the SCOTUS halted Biden's OSHA mandate every f*cking union was caving to it. What most people don't realize is 85% of union workers hate Democrats. It's union management that cow tow for the Democrats.

I believe it's only management. Unionized workers are exempted.

So essentially Biden and the Democrats are creating a weakened Military, giving us a stronger Civilian Militia.
