I’d like to think white hats are in control and they’re systematically removing the parasite (ds) from the host (free market). Who knows in the end though. Right now, I’m 50/50 it could go either way.

Which dollar ? The bastardized one currently losing value by the day ? Or a new one ? Don’t know how they could switch to a new dollar, as all of our current debt is Denominated in the current USD. If the dollar crashes, a loss of faith, and people rush to a new dollar that is waiting, that would crate chaos for old debt … which is also why I just grabbed some new debt.
The dollars I will pay back on the loan on a year will be worth less than the dollars i pay now. They are printing like mad lads …
Thinking maybe the Federal Reserve Note gets eliminated, and the US Treasury Note takes its place, in dollars. Possibly some sort of one-time exchange, but plenty of black-box speculation for anything to happen.
Convert cash to hard assets. Gold, silver are reliable. Crypto could be profitable. Stocks and other traditional paper assets are super risky in a crash. If you wanted a little GME or DWAC go for it.
Keep enough operating cash, but other than that, cash is a rapidly depreciating asset.
I am invested in DWAC and the rumble stock, whatever that is I forget the ticker symbol bit just a little. What will people do that don't have the money to do any of this?
I personally only purchase hard assets....Real estate, guns, ammo, silver, gold, booze, non perishable food, first aid items, tools and some girly stuff cuz I’m a woman.

If you can’t afford anything then get yourself some skills to make yerself useful. If the SHTF people will band together and help each other out.

Even if you are super broke, I'd suggest buying bulk bags of dried rice and beans.
If we have a prolonged crash: bullets, seeds, and alcohol tend to become valuable.
A little silver if you can afford it.
Consider the basics. Food, shelter, warmth.
My first survival purchases were dried goods and a water purification hand pump. A hunting rifle with 1000 rounds. A solar charger and a radio.
A solar oven is nice for cooking without creating smoke. Good outdoor clothing and footwear would be useful.
Skills like fishing, hunting, medical, and wild plant identification could make you a valuable asset to any community.
