My lab has asked for irradiated particles so I can validate one of the assays we were using to direct drug discovery and we've eaten silence.

So bullshit.

I agree Vaccines Work, I just don’t think we agree on what they accomplish through that work.

You could have stopped at "I agree Vaccines Work"

ObjectiveReality 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes I absolutely am.

Don't conflate vaccination policy and it's long history as cover for bullshit with the notion that there is no scientific basis for it.

VACCINES DO WORK

Is not that same thing as "no vaccines are hoaxes" or "all vaccines are legitimate and useful"

How can I be sure that the scientific foundation vaccination relies on is valid? Because cow pox protects against small pox.

VACCINES DO WORK

But nutrition and sanitation are the real kryptonite. Vaccines taking credit they didn't earn doesn't detract from their legitimate utility, but you solve more with good food, a warm home, fresh air, and washing your hands than all the billions spent developing non infectious variations that produce an immune response that is effective against the infectious variations.

Is this the same church that that based preacher kicked the police out of?

"OUT OUT, I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANOTHER WORD, GET OUT, OUT NOW!! EVIL NAZI'S GET OUUUUUT!!!!"

Or a different one?

Anyone notice that more "celebrities" are dying suspiciously close to getting the vaccine than any who actually died of the virus? Sorry, with the virus.

Not everything is part of the plan.

Sometimes the elite really do just dig their own graves.

2022 WILL BE SECURED with voter ID

Democrats and Republicans will come together to secure the 2022 election and sign a bipartisan bill requiring ID to vote. Because so many states have so many different systems, the only fair ID will be from the federal level, that everyone has - The covid passport

Just learn to make your own primers and powder

Train your sons and daughters in chemistry

The largest army in the world (PRC) has 2 million members. Ignoring the fact that not all are fighting infantry, let alone issued a firearm, the armed american public outnumbers that force over 100:1

Guess how many OF THOSE are chemists and can't wait to have free license to take out the armored vehicles such a hypothetical ground force would rely on.

Pinephone. I've shilled it here before, but honestly it's not ready for primetime. Unless you only use yours for calls and texting and are ok with it bricking mid update, just wait.

Alternatively there's the librem project, but I'm not a GME-millionaire yet. It does have a 100% components made in america option though. So if and when I can afford it this company is getting my business.

Linux OS is nice, but the other appeal of those two projects are their PHYSICAL SWITCHES to physically disconnect the microphone/camera/modem/wifi/etc.

Hard times create strong men.

Don't ask for a lighter load, ask for broader shoulders.

With just a modicum of good guidance your son will be a paragon you'll feel unending pride for, all on his own, shaped by the demands of our times.

More appropriately, 97% of funding finds it's way into the hands of scientists who of their own volition are already predisposed to the opinion of the funders.

You don't bribe 97% of scientists out there to change their minds.

You find the post docs who agree with you, make sure their proposals are funded, and let the post docs that hold 'unacceptable' hypothesis starve their way out of academia and research.

I haven't used ubuntu in a while, but it really is (was) quite good.

It is different though. Depending on your user complexity you'll 100% encounter some stuff that is way way different from anything you're used to, completely foreign in how you want to do something. But for just basic computer use yeah it's as identical as windows, ios or android is.

I've been using Manjaro currently because it's also what my phone is running. I mention this not because I recommend it, but because it's true. There really isn't a secret 'better' option out there, just different oddball use cases that make others situationally 'better'. Ubuntuu is the well known one for a reason.
