The 2nd paragraph, in bold, in his article, from the filing, clearly says the the (covid mRNA) stuff submitted for testing isn't designed to work that way (gene altering), but because some of their other mRNA stuff is designed to work that way, the 2 may be confused and the confusing that they are both gene altering may cause more regulatory work. It does not say the covid mRNA jab is gene altering. It may be, it may not be, but the piece quoted in the the substack does not say it is. In this case, the conclusion he has drawn, (that it is gene altering), can not be drawn from the sources he's quoted.

It doesn't say that, and even if it did, there is nothing else saying it runs in perpetuity vs getting cancelled or amended. It talks of setting up the UN and transitional arrangements. The only thing Nazi is related is that anyone who committed nazi atrocities would be sent back to the country the committed them in to be judged and punished.

Unless the allegation is Russians SMO is to capture historical nazis from WW2, (it isn't) there is nothing in those links that would imply an open ended "right" to go after modern day nazis.

They could. The live T&Cs absolutely state that they have given themselves the right to fine me if they deem I have breached their very wide and vague acceptable usage policy, and it states that if one has an account with them, one agrees to this. Would they fine me? I don't know. But as much as they keep lying about the terms existing and then claiming they are in error and will be changed (but don't know when), at this point they absolutely could fine me if I did something they felt triggers it. "Trust us we wouldn't" is very different to "we can't".

As the Truckers in Canada found when their banks closed their accounts, or when GoFundMe initially kept all their donations and gave them to other causes and wouldn't initially refund them until people made a big deal about it.

Same thing here - they've given themselves the ability, they've been caught, and aren't in a hurry to undo it, if at all.

mRNA types are significantly cheaper and faster to make and easier to tweak, so they will accelerate their use. Especially as "Everyone know knows how safe and effective they are, so we can use that to avoid the need to do more testing on the new ones".

Exactly how they approved the new bivalent booster for humans after testing on only 8 mice. There will never be a point the MSM says they were dangerous and ineffective and all that was know up front but they were pushed out anyway, as it exposes all the governments and their medicines regulators as frauds. It's too big to ever be publicly admitted too. Same as the US election. They wont hear the cases until its all a done deal, then they wont hear them as its already too late so whats the point. Too many people with all the money and power are all linked to it, they will protect themselves.

Paypal UK, the $2,500 issue is still live. I've messaged them and spoken to them, multiple times, each time they said it wasn't true until I showed them their own terms, then they said "yes it's true but it's an error and we wouldn't do that to you as you are a long term customer". But you could do it? "We wouldn't do it, you're a good customer"..... "It was an error that is being changed" When "We don't know". So they know, they are being secretive about it and they are lying about it unless pushed.
