I think we are forgetting some important things. As for homebirth, my best friend just had one and man she is a Rockstar. Such a great, stress free experience. Don't let fear get in the way of her making a decision. Dr.s just want to cut, both of my births they tried to force emergency C section but I said no as long as babies heart rate is good I am doing this the natural way. Sorry to hear. We started hammering our principals, superintendent, state superintendent, Governor and senators with emails and went to the school board meetings, organize with other parents, and speak up. You have to get out and in their faces, articulate well, use facts, and demand your they do the right thing or else pull your kid. We pulled our kid a week before our Governor lifted the mandate. We have been homeschooling since. We are still fighting bc they are still entertaining the narrative so they can get the ESSR funds from the govt. In order for them to get money they will do whatever the government wants. Your kids are not safe in public school. Not only from covid BS but also from CRT/SEL/equity and inclusion all mean the same stuff and I guarantee your school is teaching them something along those lines, same as common core math. These federally funded programs are all introduced to dumb down our youth and make docile, happy slaves for the workforce if and when they graduate. Keep your kids as close as you can in this time, there may be many reasons you can't homeschool but if your child is important you will find a way.
