This appears to be the EO, but just mandates a ‘task force’ to create rules for contractors to follow one of which is the Dec 8 vaccine requirement from what I can find
I personally think they are waiting to see how the military and civil servants react. Shitmer here in Michigan made a comment referencing seeing how they roll it out for the federal employees. We have to stop it at that level.
I dug into this yesterday as I'm a Federal contractor.
For Private countries, this article appears to be true unless/until OSHA chimes in.
For Federal employees and contractors this article appears not to be true. I still don't know though as I'm not a lawyer.

My best friend is so upset, she is a Federal Co tractor and works from home. She is currently looking for a new job and going to submit a religious exemption, what are your thoughts/plans if you don't mind sharing?
As an atheist it is hard for me, but I'm hearing that these religious exemptions can go either way. You're going to have to prove that you've never been vaccinated and such, like the Amish. I'm just taking it day by day and will sell my company stock if I have to in order to ride this out. Surely this is coming to a head. While out I'll work on my IT certifications. This isn't the first time I've ever been without work. The last time was an effort to change careers and in doing so change my life. Perhaps this is an opportunity in disguise. I try to see it that way.

Not trying to antagonize. I understand death has been a part of communism and many other cabal-associated atrocities in the world. They are satanists. They feed off us, literally and figuratively. If you can see and believe this evil exists, then maybe you can open your mind and ask for strength and help during your difficult time.
We don’t always understand the how or why. I believe this world is not permanent and we are destined for greater things. But right now humanity is nearing the brink and we can use all the blind faith or whatever else we can get to help us through.

I'm a former Federal employee with several friends who are in Federal service. They have no guidance or enforcement on the vax so far. The exemption questions wer were, are you vaxed, unvaxed or do not wish to disclose....this isn't gonna fly.
