tried to make my own post w pic but it's not showing up....

watching live on rsbn, his suit outline is blurry, "audience" is clear, I have a few other shots and if you zoom in on the anatomically gifted female behind him his suit looks even more blurry. When they pan out both he and the interviewing female look like they're superimposed over the crowd...like there's layering or something going on...I am no expert on any of this but it's pretty obvious IMHO

indemnity, when it comes to LE, is only related to legal protection (criminal and civil) for performing duty within the law (so you don't get politically prosecuted or sued for doing your job within guidelines). He's not suggesting cops can do whatever they want, he's suggesting that they be enabled to arrest criminals and enforce the law without the threat of frivolous political criminal/civil prosecution
