I was doing the same thing and had to take a step back and really look at what I was worrying about and it’s helped They are keeping us in a constant state of stress. Flooding our brains with Cortisol. MThat’s the real conspiracy! It affects every organ system and especially impacts the brain. Look into Cortisol effects on the brain. Maybe if it is just a psyop it’s been to separate us from our families and flood our minds and bodies with dopamine then cortisol. Dopamine then cortisol. They can control us that way by making us addicts and then affecting our cognition with the stress hormone- cortisol. At the end of the day, the world keeps turning. Enjoy your life. Your family.
