That's her great-grandmother Miss Iris. She died in 1981.

It is true in a lot of cases I'm sure. It's a little weird to rank abusers as being "good" or not. There are a lot of ways to convey the idea of them being successful at their abuse without saying that.

I think DJT was referring to Kamala identifying as Indian and not owning being black, which she is through her father's mother, a very black Jamaican woman. Her paternal grandfather probably has some African but is definitely a lot whiter.

Get off grains for a good while and see if it gets better. Nothing made with wheat flour or any other grain. No bread, pizza, crackers...nothing like that. Try it for several months if necessary to see a result. FiveDogs' reply on the carnivore diet overlaps with my reply.

Once I posted their album in General Chat out of the blue. Another lesser-known Fusion LP: Ian Carr's Nucleus - Out Of The Long Dark https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T32pmSHZSFg

I listen to so much Jazz. For months now I've been exploring the world of 70's Fusion.

By the time Aaliyah's first album came out in 1994 I was listening to them less. Only played In Utero a few times. It just didn't sit well. Nirvana had been ruined by a psycho-bitch and then Kurt was dead. There were a lot of good bands at that time. Lot of real Grunge and incredible underground shit was happening still. Steel Pole Bath Tub, Melvins, Mudhoney, Tad, Soundgarden, Monster Magnet, Sonic Youth, they were all candidates to be the Next Big Thing. It was mindblowing at the time to see all these obscure bands I loved getting big.

Huge star in the 90's, had her first big hit when she was barely a teenager. I don't remember her music; I wasn't plugged into the mainstream at all. I know it was considered R&B.

4 realz, u ever seen those caff-heads when they can't get a fix of the devil's liquid? Tweaking on meth has nothing on a pot of those hot roasted devil beans.

I asked him to do this on his official request form when he was President-elect; asked him to repeal all laws against Cannabis. First he removed the federal ban on hemp cultivation via the Farm Bill. Now he is going further with Cannabis for medicine as well as for plain fun.

I have two degrees of separation from Kevin Bacon if I am playing the game correctly. Because his kid went to the school where my sister used to teach she would see him in the halls.

All Polish-Americans are Jewish. Adrian Wojnarowski is rich. Therefore Adrian Wojnarowski does what all rich jews do.

Who cares when you and your descendants are loaded for life? You might be smelling the leftover crack in that hot pipe.

Just what I thought. He is 55 and still has a lot of time left to enjoy life. He is a sportscaster, not a CEO or investment banker:

Wojnarowski said “this craft transformed my life. I understand the commitment required in my role and it’s an investment that I’m not longer driven to make. Time isn’t in endless supply and I want to spend mine in ways that are more personally meaningful …. It is a thrill of a lifetime to be able to return to a university and community that I love in a role of service to our student-athletes, coaches and institution. I am hopeful that I can bring value in a lot of areas to our basketball program and open doors for our young men’s futures in ways both professionally and personally.”

I'm not a big fan of deciding what everyone "would" do based on generalities. Maybe it's just a pain to have to be on air every day on TV and radio.

Pretty good chance he is set for life already. Not everyone values money over time. Presumably this has been in the works for a while.

https://kykernel.com/105329/sports/the-final-woj-bomb-famed-nba-insider-adrian-wojnarowski-retires-from-espn-to-accept-collegiate-role/

“After all these years reporting on everyone’s teams, I’m headed back to my own,” he announced on social media on Wednesday.

Just minutes after the initial post was made, ESPN’s Jeff Passan reported that Wojnarowski agreed to become the general manager of the men’s basketball program at his alma mater, St. Bonaventure University.

While this may seem like a shocking move made by one of the most prominent sports journalists out there, this career jump is one rooted in reason.

Since NIL (name, image and likeness) came into effect just over three years ago, many college athletics programs have been incorporating GMs or general managers into their systems to play a vital role in the team’s future business plans.

For St. Bonaventure, Bonnies head coach Mark Schmidt stated in a news release that, “This move is critical to navigate the new landscape of college basketball in NIL, recruiting and retention.”

Woj will oversee the program’s NIL efforts, fundraising, transfer portal, recruiting and professional player programs.

The old reverse psychology trick! DON'T look into it!!! It will change ur life 4ever!!!

I listen to music with lyrics but probably more instrumental music than anything. Lately it has been a major Fusion exploration trip. Chick Corea is a Scientology nutjob but what can you do? He had amazing musical output over the years.
