It was a lady in her 70s and she couldn’t read or remember most things before doing the diet. I believe it was keto and eventually she learned that all wheat will cause her to instantly regress

They are cultivating strains with extreme potency for sure. The winner of the Mushroom Cup claimed an eighth of his Penis Envy Uncut strain would give me a heart attack. I took some for the first time about 5 years ago...so I was mid 40s. My dog was very ill, but I couldn't think about putting her down. She had dementia, would get lost in the house, scream if we left her alone. It was heartbreaking. A friend offered me shrooms and said it might help. They did. I realized I was being selfish trying to put her through pain for my own reasons, not in her best interests

In the hallway leaving our suppliers trippy apartment, time and space were heavily altered. Stepping outside and passing through the church yard the immense detail in the trees, grass, architecture and every single thing were far beyond anything I had ever experienced as a veteran tripper all of sixteen years old living on my own with students in a college town. Of course it is not possible to put it into words but I would characterize it as cosmic consciousness, a total departure from everyday reality with a lasting knowingness that has never left.
I am not surprised. The medicinal properties of entheogens are seriously understudied and President Trump is helping in that regard.

Mushrooms are titrated down to very low milligrams. Not sure you’d even notice the buzz.
