Anymore then 300 or 400ug per kg feels toxic to me. Papers would have you believe it's safe to push to 1.3mg per kg.
Fenbendazole might be more geared toward cancer. It is the only thing that has worked for me. 7 days in a row 250lbs worth of medication 2x a day morning and evening. I get 2 and a half days out of 1 tube good for an 1100lbs hourse. Get pancur not the off brand I've used them both and pancur is better.

Fenbendazole worked for my crippling body aches and mood swings. at the normal dose it kinda helped but when I bumped it up to 250mgs 2x a day my symptoms lessened on the 2nd day.
Fenbendazole feels less toxic then ivermectin. And nih has studys testing at 5 and 10 grams per person per day with no side effects. I use pancur horse paste.
I like ivermectin it helps but Fenbendazole seems to be superior.
