You are seriously overstepping your authority by attempting to create laws you have no right to make.
Please review the considerable number of other comments stating essentially the same observations.
You are attempting a power grab that will have incalculable repercussions on your careers and the various agencies associated with OSHA.
I could say more, but I don’t need to. Those who wrote before I did have provided eloquent, logical, and well-supported arguments against this proposal. Please heed them carefully and respectfully. The people of this Nation are scrutinizing you and the rest of the Government as never before.
