Like most anons and a lot of maga, I was encouraged and energized by RFK jr. suspending his presidential campaign and joining forces with Donald J Trump. Despite RFKs many obvious shortcomings, personally and politically, I think he has, as DJT put it, “his heart in the righty place”.

Moreover, RFKs move has given social permission to many on the left side of politics who could not embrace DJT because of their perception or misperception of him as the Republican Establishment to now consider DJT and move towards MAGA.

If DJT represents the anti-Establishment kickback forces on the Right, for many, RFK jr represents the same thing on the Left, and as the Uniparty has become increasingly obvious to the mainstream, we can see more clearly the emerging of a unified MAGA political force, united not by false alliances, control motives, greed and suppression of opposition, but by common cause, common fundamental values, and an ability to work together despite acknowledged disagreements.

This is good news.

In addition, just today RFK has indicated that more Democrats are slated to unite with DJT and MAGA.

To me, all this signals a watershed new stage in the plan, and it maps on to what I like to call the biblical process of restoration.

TLDR: The Awakening is entering a new stage where conflict is overcome and unity can prevail.

Satanic Formula Mimics the Original Heavenly Process

The Satanic forces in the world are not an original force. They have no original life of their own, and so they can only mimic and seek to corrupt the original templates created by the Creator. For example, the family is the original nucleus of God’s kingdom and ideal for creation: God, Male, Female and Offspring united in unselfish love. All the Luciferian Cabal can do is mimic that, establishing families with satanic evil at the center, and male and female and offspring connected by distorted selfish purpose.

Thinking about the original Heavenly formula, we can see that God’s original purpose of creation is manifest via a three-stage process of origin point, division and re-union. For example, God is the source of both masculinity and femininity. So, God’s vision for the family starts within God himself (the origin) and then manifests God’s own nature (“So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them”) into Male and Female, men and women (division). Then, when a man and woman unite centering on God’s love, they form a re-union and offspring (reunion) are created, the embodiment of the unity of the man and the woman. This is the process of the creation of a family with God at the center.

This original pattern is present everywhere. As individuals, we have spirit and flesh, both manifesting God’s nature, and when they are united through God’s love in action, we become an individual connected to God. Etc.

The Satanic world, however, takes this pattern and distorts it. We see this manifest in the Thesis-Antithesis-Synthesis model of the Hegelian dialectic. In the Satanic world, they take an origin point, create something that opposes and conflicts with that, in order to manipulate an outcome that serves their agenda. In other words, Problem - Reaction - Solution.

Good and Evil are Defined by Motivation and Purpose (Direction)

Historically, one of the hardest things for humanity to get to has been a clear definition of Good and Evil. The definitions have been increasingly clarified by religious teaching and philosophy, but at the same time, have been corrupted by ideological lies (Marxism).

In my view, the solution to this is a) to understand clearly God’s purpose for humanity and b) to understand that good and evil are defined by direction and purpose. If something it directed towards (actively contributes to) establishing God’s vision and purpose, it is good. If something is directed towards advancing the satanic purpose, it is evil. (Of course, the real difficulty lies in defining what is God’s purpose of humanity, but putting that aside for the moment…)

Case in point: Making a weapon (knotting your own whip) to attack and chase out evil moneychangers in order to re-establish the sanctity of God’ house of worship = good. Making a weapon to attack and violate an innocent crowd in order to sow fear and terror = evil. It’s not the making of the weapon or the use of a weapon itself that defines whether the action is good or not. It’s the purpose and the motivation with which those actions are enacted that defines their value.

Sin Caused Division on Every Level

Originally, all the things of God’s creation are created as complementary opposites. Men and women, spirit and flesh, mind and body, male and female, plus and minus. The problem, however, is that when our ancestors fell and united with Lucifer, sin and evil usurped the center and this divided everything against the other. Instead of unity with God at the center, evil came to control the center and then used division in order to maintain that control.

In other words, because of the fall of the human ancestors, the satanic force came into being and caused conflict where there should have been unity. Man was separated from God, right became separated from left, man from woman, older brother from younger brother, etc. Sin caused division and conflict, but in God’s original purpose, the original divisions are there in order to facilitate unity. The divided aspects of creation where intended to work together for the common purpose of God’s ideal and vision.

For example, which is Godlier, the Right or the Left? Originally, both belong to God. God created us with both a right side and a left side, with both a right-side brain and a left-side brain, with both right and left hands. Both are meant to be united around the common purpose of the heart, conveyed via the brain.

Two Types of Division

With this in mind, I think it’s valuable for anons to recognize that there are two different types of division. Not all division is evil. The purpose is key. The satanic cabal uses division in order to generate conflict and to weaken the target population or people so that they are easier to control and enslave. Aka Divide and conquer. This is why the Cabal foments conflict between races, between religious groups, between political groups, between classes in society, etc. The purpose is to divide resistance and conquer in order to advance the agenda of the Cabal control.

God uses division in a different way. In a corrupt world, where good and evil are mixed, God uses division in order to separate good from evil, and then to empower good in a separated state to overcome evil and eventually then extinguish evil, thus liberating those under evil control. The true purpose of division from God’s perspective is to separate out evil elements, purify and strengthen the goodness, and then to unify all centering on good for the sake of freedom and liberation from evil.

For example (biblically), how did God choose Abraham’s descendants and separate them out from the other peoples of the world? He did this by having them adhere to a strict set of laws and religion regulations that helped to purify and discipline them spiritually. Why? In order to separate out evil from this one group of people so that they could prepare the foundation for the coming of God’s son.

Was it because the Israelites were more precious to God than all other people in the world? No. “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son….” All people are God’s lost children. But to rescue them, he has to bring Christ, and to prepare for Christ to come, God had to create a people and culture separated out from the mixture of good and evil everywhere else in the world. This then also speaks to the purpose of Christianity. The real purpose of Christianity is not simply individual salvation of each one of us as individuals, but to expand God’s foundation in the world and prepare the world for the second arrival of his Son.

Restoration Accomplished by Separation of Good and Evil, Good Overcoming Evil, Liquidation of Evil Control

Therefore, in the process of restoring the fallen world to the original world and kingdom, God works to separate us from that evil center and then helps us to purify ourselves spiritually. God does this by conducting a providence that a) first divides or separates good from evil, then b) has the good side prevail and bring the evil side to a natural surrender, so that c) eventually the evil side must separate from the center of evil control and be restored to goodness.

We can see that process playing out in scriptural history. Whereas tragically Cain, the elder brother, murdered Able, the younger brother, in Abraham’s family, this was reversed when the elder brother Esau abandoned his desire to kill his younger brother Jacob and instead embraced him. Notice, however, that it took 21 years for Jacob, after being deceived and tricked multiple times, to restore a family and possessions in Canaan before he could return to his homeland and win over his brother through offering and sacrifice.

This, then, is the pattern. God at first divides, in order to separate Good from Evil (Jacob flees to Haran), then had good undergo a process of restoration by uniting with God (Jacob perseveres in a foreign, difficult land despite being deceived some ten times by his uncle, to restore both a family and his own material foundation), then has good subjugate evil naturally (Jacob returns to Canaan, offers half his material wealth to his brother, humbles himself to him and lays the foundation for the elder brother to voluntarily abandon his desire to kill the younger Jacob).

Herein lies the reason that Jacob is the ancestor of Jesus and the founder of Israel, because even though from a secular humanistic viewpoint he ‘deceived’ his father and brother, he did all this because he valued God’s blessing above all (purpose, motive) and then walked the formula course to subjugate evil.

Why the Republicans, DJT?

Many on the left side of politics who have now become supporters of DJT will at first have rejected him or had grave doubts about him because he became the Republican candidate in 2016. After all, the Republican party had become the part of the Bushes, the neocons, the corporate controllers, etc. So why did DJT go to the Republican party? Was it because the Republican Party was without corruption? No, it was because to pursue the process of restoration, one has to begin somewhere.

The political ‘Right’, despite being almost as corrupt as ‘the Left’, had more of a basis to work with. But the end goal for DJT and team was not so much to advance the agenda of the Republican Right, as it was to restore the true and rightful position of the People above the Right and Left.

Both sides of politics should be serving the People via the instrument of government, just as the Right hand and the left hand should cooperate and work together to serve the purpose of the Heart conveyed via the brain.

If we look at the course of the last 8 years via the lens of the process of restoration, we might suggest that Stage 1 (DJT administration #1) was a period exposing the corruption of the left and building a MAGA foundation, while Stage 2 (Devo Stage, Biden in White House) was the period for exposing the corruption of the right and separating that out from the Republican Party.

Today, the corruption of both the Establishment Left and establishment Right have been fully exposed. There has been a process of separation, where the corruption in both sides of the political class has been exposed and the MAGA movement of Donald Trump has emerged as patently non-Establishment, non-Deep State, non-Cabal.

MAGA is the ‘Party of Unity’

So, what is the next step? During the past eight years, the corruption of the entire political class has been exposed and DJT and MAGA have emerged as the true patriotic force working for the sake of the true owners, the People. So, after the division, and separation, the next stage is to bring unity. And that seems to be exactly what DJT and the patriots are now doing.

RFK jr uniting with Donald Trump is NOT about Right vs Left. The ‘Right vs Left’ paradigm has been exposed as the deep state control mechanism that it is. Instead, the current stage is about ‘the People vs the Establishment’, about the Globalists, Marxists and Neocons vs MAGA.

It is time to bring unity. The reason God created us with a right eye and a left eye – aka stereoscopic vision - was to give us the ability to have perspective: depth perception. So, eventually, it is a natural thing to have a ‘left side’ and a ‘right side’ in politics. The problem occurs when evil infiltrates and corrupts either or both the left and the right. But when they are working for the same common purpose, to serve the People, then they can and should cooperate, and use their different perspectives to help the overall whole.

I am beginning to think that the real legacy of Donald J Trump might not be that he destroyed the Deep State and the Cabal hegemony in America, but that in addition to this, he helped to re-establish the unity of America, a unity that evil forces have worked to undermine and destroy for some 246 years.

Americans do not have to agree on everything. There are somethings it’s OK to disagree on. But what Americans should be united on is making America great again. On the sanctity and value of the family, the sanctity of human life, the need to have corporate and government forces held to account and never in a position of supremacy over the People of the country, etc.

I think we might be seeing the beginning of this new phase of the Plan. Unity. The Deep State and the Cabal held to account, but the People of the Country brought together through uncorrupted patriotic love of God and Country.

Come, let us return to the LORD. For He has torn us to pieces, but He will heal us; He has wounded us, but He will bind up our wounds. After two days He will revive us; on the third day He will raise us up, that we may live in His presence. Hosea 6:1

The past eight years (2 x four years) have been like the two days. I predict that the next four years will be the third day for America: God will raise America up, so that America can truly live in his presence.

If so, then it's truly going to be biblical.

Are You Still A Digital Soldier?

In recent times, I have wondered how relevant the frogs and anons are in the current flow of things. The Great Awakening inspired by Q and then moved forward by the dynamic relationship between Q and the Anons, then out via commentators, decoders and Q-patriots, has become the core force pushing on the mainstream.

Many of the concepts that Q highlighted and made standard for the anon and Q-patriot troops, such as false flags, the role of intelligence (CIA, etc), 'conspiracy theories', and so forth, have become familiar ideas to the wider public, whether or not they know about Q and the Great Awakening itself.

Nothing has made this more evident than that the Loony Leftist TDS patients are talking about the assassination attempt as a 'false flag' event!

The Great Awakening and the Mainstream now overlap, like a merging ven diagram, and the influence of the Great Awakening is increasing day by day.

But then, how relevant are frogs and anons? How relevant are we? Are we still driving the frontline forward? Here at GAW, we share news, discuss, build community, etc, but I've begun to wonder how relevant we are. Has the Great Awakening moved beyond us? If so, what is our current role?

On the backdrop of these musings, something leapt out to me when I saw the recent Truth Social post by DJT posted here at GAW.

We have to WIN WITHOUT FOX!

The Boss Has Given Us An Important Lead Here

I think that DJT has really given us an important direction here, if we are willing to think about it as digital soldiers, as the veterans of 2017-2020 did.

What's important about this DJT truth is NOT that frogs and anons don't watch Faux anyway. Not news to us, so is this truth social post relevant at GAW? IT is, and here is why:

From the viewpoint of frogs and anons, and Q-patriots, the Important Thing here is that the majority of Maga and Americans who love America need to recognize that Faux is not a legitimate source of news for them.

1. Dig, Research and Excavate Fox - their personnel, their history, their backing, their reporting track record, etc.

2. Expose Fox - meme warfare, expositions, discussions, take the research and channel it in to 5G weaponry that can red-pill the broader public about Fox

3. Bury Fox - Follow through to generate momentum. Keep pushing the memetic warfare until the awareness begins to grow.

Spending even a small portion of time to such an effort could yield important fruits. DJT has told us directly that we need to win without Fox. He's speaking to all of MAGA here, not the anons. But will MAGA fully grasp this? So, it's up to us. We are the News Now.

REMEMBER THIS:

Immediately AFTER an emotionally-charged significant event or incident, that is when the Clickbaiters have a field day.

Before the factual information has come out, before time has allowed assertions, reactions, claims, etc, to be vetted and sifted, CLICKBAITERS and Disinfo Operatives can have a field day. On X, on Faesbook, on InstaHam, on all forms of Social Media.

WHY?

How Does That Work?

Because the more serious or impactful something seems, the more likely it is to elicit an emotional response.

Because in a state of heightened emotions, people, including you and I, are normally and naturally more inclined to act first and think second. It's programmed into us, embedded in our biology and in our nervous system. It's the fight or flight response.

For that reason, when some very significant event or incident or development occurs, that is precisely when the clickbaiters and the disinfo operatives flood the information sphere with all their garbage and crap.

It's the optimal time for them. It's much harder for them to penetrate the public sphere when people are settled down, starting to think a bit more critically, and have acquired more real information.

Instead, directly after the incident, or news, in the midst of information chaos and heightened emotions, this is when the clickbaiters go in to full gear overdrive.

Any and all claims are injected into the public sphere in order to get people to leap at the information, react to it and then share it out. Instead, this is really when people should be putting on the brakes, applying the 24-hour / 72-hour rule and be most on their guard.

When To Apply Maximum Discernment and Patience

"SHARE THIS EVERYWHERE!"

"Make this go VIRAL!"

etc, etc.

If you see this, your first response should be to NOT share this, and NOT make this "go viral". If you are a digital soldier, anyway.

Immediately after some news drops, like an assassination attempt, or a Biden step down, or a Koala Harris rise to candidacy, etc, THAT is when we frogs should be on our guard the most. It's when we should be MOST careful to filter and vet the information that we let in to our minds.

This may mean taking a specific time to let our emotions do what they do, but then when we deal with information (including theories, claims, ideas, 'news', etc), we have to be able to put our emotions and prejudices aside and then sift the disinformation, misinformation, clickbait claims from the actual facts, verifiable evidence and real concrete data.

This means not necessarily dismissing claims out of hand, but also not necessarily accepting claims just because they fit one's biases or preconceived notions of who a good guy is, who the bad guys are, and who should be blamed for what.

And, the days and weeks immediately following intense events and incidents, etc., are precisely the time to do this, because the very nature of clickbait and fake news is that once it takes hold, it is MUCH harder to dislodge.

2024: Where We Are Now

Now, after almost FOUR YEARS since Q stopped posting, the community of the Great Awakening out there is truly massive. The 'normie' world and the Awakening are converging. More and more each day, the narratives and information that the Awakening introduced us to become part of the mainstream.

However, at the same time, as the Awakening has grown, there are many more 'less than discerning' people awake, and we do not have Q right now to pull us in, scold us, direct us or inspire us.

So we have to do that ourselves, and that means applying important practices in HOW we handle the information we take on board and HOW to handle WHAT information that we share.

This is more important now that it has ever been. With the recent assassination attempt on our champion DJT, things have risen to a whole new level. Biden has stepped down, and events are quickly unfolding.

The next several months, leading up to November and beyond to January, are going to get bumpier and likely more chaotic than they have ever been. And as things progress, the role that Q called us to play is going to be more relevant than ever.

Q admonished us to "protect and comfort those around you".

But just like the parent on a flight with endangered cabin pressure, we should always first look to ourselves and how WE interact with information.

On a plane, a parent on a flight with endangered cabin pressure should always apply their own oxygen mask first and then see to their kids, because if you pass out from lack of oxygen, you're about as useful to your kids as sack of potatoes.

Likewise, frogs and anons should always look to ourselves first as the FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE against disinformation, clickbait narratives, misinformation and untruths.

That means serious diligence. If we aspire to share the Truth, then we have to be serious about NOT sharing untruths.

WHY? Because the normie world out there is far more susceptible to fake news, clickbait nonsense, disinformation/misinformation and narrative manipulation than your average awakened frog. But being at GAW or any other awakened medium for sharing doesn't mean we should let our guard down.

Protecting "those around us" really starts with us beefing up our best practice and applying critical thinking skills, scepticism, putting aside our emotions when considering evidence, facts, what we DO know and what we DON'T know (which are equally important). It means vetting things BEFORE posting, and in many cases, taking time to research or think before just jumping in and upvoting (or downvoting) or commenting.

Comfort, likewise, arrives not in the form of vapid hopium or pumped up outrage (although to be honest, many of us can at one time or another find emotional comfort in these). Real comfort comes in the form of a sense of surety, confidence, trust in what we know, and in knowing or feeling more confident that we know what is going on.

So providing comfort to those around us also requires that we do best practice and pass on quality information, ourselves having first applied as much rigor and discernment (and research) as we can, so that we can be honestly confident in what we share.

And if we aren't sure, or we don't know, or we are speculating, then its important to make that clear to our friends and others around us. They will trust us more because we are not simply spouting our beliefs, but are applying solid, based and grounded approaches to what we hear.

We should be a model for them in HOW we approach information, not just a source of things that they haven't heard or do not know about.

Don't Make G.A.W. Our Fox News Or CNN

I mean, just because something is posted, or stickied, it doesn't mean we should just consume that "news" and that "information" like normies do sitting around CNN and Fox News.

We have to make the effort ourselves to make NOT make greatawakening.win OUR CNN, our FOX News, etc.

The news items and information points and theories that come across the board are wide and varied, but it is incumbent on us, as per the mission given us by Q, to vet and treat with discernment and with an UNBIASED approach the information that comes out on GAW, just as much as we want Normies to vet and treat with discernment and with an UNBIASED approach the information what they get via the Propaganda Machines like CNN, Fox, Washington Post, or any other corporate news org, for that matter.

If you are NOT spending at least 10 minutes of research for every 20 minutes you spend consuming the information here at GAW, then are you really making this a "Q research board"?

The Great Awakening must not be about just switching the SOURCE of the information we ingest. It has to be about HOW we approach the information, ALL the information we ingest, regardless of where it comes from.

Unless we do that, we're actually leaving our normie and mainstream compatriots vulnerable.

Are We Good Enough?

It's not good enough to just read post headlines, or 'news' or claims here and then just comment, vent your disgust or distaste for this villain or chime in with the OP because they post something that you agree with.

Claims Without Sauce should ALWAYS be questioned. Assertions without evidence should ALWAYS be vetted and researched. Opinions should ALWAYS be expressed as opinions, not posted or paraded as Facts. Ideally, outside headlines should be identified as such, not simply as the OPs own idea.

As we move forward in the coming weeks and months, if we are truly to live up to Q's mission and calling, we have to be serious about vetting 'untruths' as much as we are about sharing 'truths'. The one goes with the other. And, the only way we can seriously be able to identify untruths from truths is to research. To back up with evidence. To be diligent about HOW we handle the information we take in, and HOW we handle the information we share.

If you have an opinion, say so. But don't present it as a fact. If you have a theory, say so, but don't present it as a fact. And if you encounter an opinion, or theory, without evidence, sauces or reference points attached, then TREAT IT AS potential misinformation or disinformation.

If it is false or disinfo, it will gain a lot LESS traction here. If it isn't false or disinfo, then it will be all the MORE robust and convincing when it gets shared, because it has undergone a process of applied discernment and discrimination.

It's not only for us that we have to do this. If Q is right, and frogs and anons and digital warriors are truly the force they want us to be, then we are the FIRST LINE of defense for the normies and the mainstream. The better we are at what WE do, the more truth will gain traction and the less fake, false or misleading theories will take hold.

Are we good enough? Potentially, we are. But we have to improve. And we can. But it will take overall collective effort, all frogs alike.

"Information"

In information warfare, "information" means any content or detail about something that is conveyed or represented in some form by a particular arrangement or sequence of words, images or sound.

In other words, theories are information, claims are information, assertions are information, facts are information, evidence is information, ideas are information.

Some information is subject to true/false verification. Other information is subjective, and a matter of opinion and perspective. We must learn to distinguish between the two.

Some information is 'narrative' in nature: telling a particular story. It may be either true or false, but it's value as a narrative component is determined by what the story teller is trying to achieve. Learn to discern what narratives the information you come across are building. Do they help them? Do they help us? Which?

"Clickbait"

Clickbait is sensationalist or emotionally (positive or negative) triggering information put out by people regardless of veracity, etc, primarily for the purpose of getting clicks. There may be economic incentive, egoistic incentives, or even disinformation (psywar) incentives.

Information without veracity can have a chaotic effect and generate "noise" which blocks our or reduces the effectiveness of "signal". Signal is what you want to hear and what you want others to hear. Noise is not.

INTRO

A current, stickied post on GAW offers the viewpoint that, based on the OP's understanding/view of the Q operation and everything behind it, that the so-called assassination attempt on Donald J. Trump on July 13 was in fact, a psyop.

I disagree with that viewpoint. This post is an attempt to articulate why. It is also an attempt to describe how I view the often quoted factor of "Patriots In Control", and how I incorporate that into my perspective on the larger picture, i.e. God's purpose for the United States and humanity, and how God's plan is advanced via a cooperation between God and us (or perhaps better expressed, our cooperation with God).

The Spiritual Dimension

The perspective offered in the post "Anon Basic Training" , much of which I agree with, needs to be tempered with a few things, in my opinion, as follows:

Matt 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Here is the thing. There are limits to human ability. And, in my view, what we are observing, what we are experiencing, the Great Awakening, is ultimately a spiritual war, playing out on the material plane.

The forces behind the Cabal are essentially spiritual. It is evil at its core, the material manifestation of the Satanic force that has, since the dawn of history, held human beings enslaved. The Cabal, the Deep State, etc, are the core instruments of that Satanic force. They use satanic methods to destroy people, destroy any semblance of connection with God, by corrupting them, enslaving them and then using them to populate the entire structure and system of the Satanic Cabal.

The White Hats, as we call them, are also instruments. They are human beings, individuals and groups, and organizations, who are loyal to goodness and the principles that God has slowly been educating the enslaved human race of since the first human ancestors fell in to corruption and ignorance.

The pinnacle, so far, on the world stage, of that process of God's salvation providence, which has the ultimate goal of complete and full liberation of humanity, both spiritually AND physically, was the birth and establishment of the United States of America, founded on the best and highest of God-centered values and principles, such as law, justice, freedom and truth.

Since it's founding, Satanic forces have been striving to undermine and destroy the United States, which was founded as God's champion on the international stage, on the level of a nation, as a guide and pointer towards God's hope for ALL nations and ALL humanity. Not perfect, but the highest manifestation so far of God's ideal for HIS own universal nation, populated by his children finally freed from slavery of sin, spiritually AND physically.

From this perspective, the Great Awakening is a movement inspired and driven by God via Godly forces, including those wizards and warlocks and employing all the miraculous technologies that humanity possesses and which possess rightfully as heirs, as God's children.

The Limitations Of Human Ability

There are limitations to human ability, to human insight and human control. When Q writes "patriots in control" he does not mean that the Patriots control everything and all things. Because human beings do not control Satan.

As human beings, as God's children, when we unite with Christ, we can push back Satan, push him out, and push back on his influence, but we cannot control him. To some extent, the best that human beings can do in the here and now is control or seek to control the instruments of the Satanic spiritual force that lies behind all the plans that are opposed to God's vision and purpose for humanity.

So yes, the White Hats have worked, sacrificed and striven with all their effort to corner the Satanic instruments of Satan who have been working and living and plotting in THIS world. And, if Q is right, they have them cornered. And, I believe that Q is right. I believe that the Q operation and the rise of Donald Trump and the Awakening that is unfolding across the globe are God-inspired and God-driven.

They are the culmination of God's work in the modern era to restore the project of the United States and bring it to its intended (by God) ideal. Even though the US was created (by Godly men acting as God's instruments, as is ever the case) as the uppermost pinnacle of human civilization, manifesting via the Christian civilization founded in and rooted in the person of Christ, it has never yet reached its full potential and (I believe) the vision that God has for it, because from Day 1, Satan began to attack and harass and try to corrupt the US.

And all through the history of the United States, like a microcosm of the history of humanity, God has been strengthening, reinforcing, and fighting to preserve and uphold and inspire the United States - meaning the People of the United States - in the face of Satanic attack intending the opposite, to undermine, weaken and corrupt Gods' chosen champion on the world stage for this stage of His providence.

But Q and the Patriots do not control ALL. They do not control Satan. They do not decide the ultimate destiny. Who does? God and Christ.

So, despite the fact that Patriots are in control, this does not mean they control everything. It means that they control what is humanly possible to control. Yet Satan still works to undermine and infiltrate. And, if there is a spiritual foundation for that, in the hearts and minds and corruption of individuals and institutions, he will.

I do not believe that the assassination attempt on Donald Trump was staged, or orchestrated, or in any way un-genuine. Rather, I believe that, while Patriots are in control to the best of their ability and that the Beast that is the Satanic Cabal on earth is truly a cornered beast, Satan can still attack. Satan can still strike out, despite being cornered, and that is what happened on July the 13th and the days and weeks leading up to it. Failure of human character, infiltration of evil nature.

Cooperation Between God And Man

God's vision for humanity has always been a joint project. It has always been a vision of God and humanity united in oneness, cooperating together as Creator and Co-creators, to manifest the ideals of freedom, truth and transcendental love. Why else would God take so long to unfold his work and plead for us to harken to Him and listen?

The only way that Patriots (and wizards, and warlocks) are in control is because they are united, to the best of their ability, with the purpose and plan of God.

And sometimes, because of historical sin, God has to let Satan “take his shot”. Until every last claim of the satanic force over the material world is liquidated by humanity uniting with God both spiritually AND in this material realm, then Satan will try, beyond human control, to hurt, harm, maim and even destroy God's people.

In those moments, the ONLY thing that preserves human beings, God's children, is the power of God himself. And God can do such things BECAUSE he has unity from his children. When we turn to God, when we repent, when we cling to Him and do our utmost (even using military grade planning and executing the greatest sting operation in human history), then God can and does step in, to prevent Satan from accomplishing his satanic objectives, at certain pivotal points.

But also, make no mistake. Satan’s options are getting smaller and smaller, just as the moves that the satanic Cabal and deep state on earth are being reduced step by step.

"Control" and Game Theory

I fully believe and have a rock solid conviction that the Q operation is legitimate, that the patriots, as far as patriots can be, are "in control". I see that control as like the control that a Player in a game of chess has, NOT to decide what the opponent does, but to force moves, restrict options, and limit what the opponent can do and thereby achieve ultimate victory in the game.

And, if the Player is good enough, and has prepared enough, then indeed, the game is over before it began. BUT, how the game unfolds itself, exactly WHAT moves the opponent chooses, these are not all predetermined. Because the game itself is founded on the principle of freedom of choice.

And, in the great field of the world, each human being is both responsible and free to choose: to cling to God and be good, or to abandon God and become evil. (No disrespect intended to the Calvinists among us, but that's how I see it.)

The Cabal, the Deep State and the Satanic establishment are cornered. But Satan can and will still strike out. But, and this is critical to understand: every time that Satan or the Deep State, etc strike out (attack), they lose ground. They lose, every time.

In a real sense, the war has already been won, because the spiritual foundation for the victory is already complete. But how it plays out in the material realm, that is not unilaterally decided by one side or the other. The unfolding is decided by the forces involved. "Moves and Counter-moves". But because the spiritual foundation for victory is there, one side is advancing with expanding options, and the other side is diminishing with increasingly reduced options. Ultimately, one side will have NO options and the clean-up stage will engage.

But also, it's not as if there is a clear demarcation between the battle phase (expanding side vs diminishing side) and the clean-up. Rather, It starts out with the battle phase being the most central and pivotal, while the cleanup starts out and then proceeds to become the dominant work.

It was real.

In my view and conviction, the assassination attempt on Donald Trump was 100% real. It was a desperate, final attempt by satanic forces using what instruments they still have operating, to put an end to God's plan. They had to take the shot. They have so few options left, if any. But in taking the shot, in that attempt, they lost more ground than they ever did over the past few years.

If anyone looks in to the eyes of Donald Trump and doesn't see a changed man, then I think they have to look deeper. Donald Trump stood there and had his life hang on a thread as satanic forces attempted to steal it. His experience is genuine, his appreciation for God and what he has just lived through, profound. At least, that's what I see.

It didn't happen because he was "outwitted", and not because the patriots are 'not in control'. Rather, it happened because the patriots cannot control EVERYTHING. Ultimately, the war is between God and Satan and we are merely the instruments. Participants, yes, but we also choose who we allow work through us: God or Evil.

This is the aspect of the Great Awakening that I think the view expressed by the OP needs to take into account and be tempered with:

The war is real, and while we, and the White Hats, are doing all they can that is HUMANLY possible, in the end, it is only the Unity of God and Us that will defeat the enemy and bring the war to victorious conclusion. The hand of God was with DJT on that day, even as the hand of Evil stretched out as much power as it could, to even overcome all the work laid by the Patriots, the White Hats and the wizards and warlocks.

Not only did DJT dodge a bullet. We dodged a bullet, and humanity dodged a bullet. We were and are preserved only by the power of God, in the end. But while humbly relying on the blessing of our divine Creator, we are still responsible to do everything in our power, indeed as is our responsibility, to Fight, Fight, Fight and conquer and corner the satanic forces arrayed in the material world.

The assassination attempt was not a sign of the failure of the Patriotic forces, even though no doubt failures took place, allowing satanic instruments to work, whether it was a lone, stupid, brainwashed kid or a cabal of satanic evil persons in positions that allowed them to orchestrate an operation that put the life of the President elect in danger.

In the attempt, the Cabal lost so much. They lost so many people, people who once through DJT was a ratbag, or an oaf, but who only now are seeing that he is everything he has said he is.

Satan strikes, and God claims the victory. So it was at Calvary 2000 years ago, and so it has been all through human history since then, and so it was on July 13.

Our view of the Q operation needs to be tempered with some humility and awareness of the limitations of human effort. Only when we understand that the operation we are engaged in, including the Q operation, is a JOINT OPERATION between God and good people, against Satan and satanic people, can we correctly realize the full extent, hope and promise of the operation underway (which we are blessed to be a part of). “Pray for Strength. Pray for Guidance. Pray for America.” ~Q

That the Patriots do not control EVERYTHING, but only what is humanly possible. The rest, well, that's in God's control. "Read the Bible. God wins."

When DJT says "I only stand here by the power of almighty God" he is not lying and he is not spinning a narrative. He is telling the Truth.

At least, that's my view.

Conclusion

I believe it is important for anons to reconcile their understanding of the nature of the Q operation and "The Plan To Save The World" with an understanding of the spiritual nature of the war we are involved in.

Because the War is both spiritual AND material, or rather, a spiritual war being played out on the material plane, anons need to recognize the factors of free will, human choice, and the limitations of human ability. We also need to recognize that the work we are engaged in is a joint project between the Creator and Us, just as the satanic agenda is an operation orchestrated by spiritual forces using earthly instruments and slaves.

From my perspective, this viewpoint honors Q and the elements of Q that are clearly pointing towards a very real war requiring our effort (the words pray or praying are written in the Q drops some 39+ times), while also recognizing that the sting operation is real, that patriots have the upper hand and can limit, to a great extent, the damage and the harm that taking down the Cabal entails.

It's a balance. To some extent, the "Everything is a movie and being staged" are the Calvinists of the Anon movement. I think there is plenty of room for an alternative view.

In 2016, apparently, JD Vance was a vehement never-Trumper. He said a bunch of things.

Now, in the midst of all the current VP upheaval, hand-wringing, groaning, questioning (not a bad thing in itself) and general chaotic atmosphere, I would like to remind myself and fellow frogs of the following:

Prior to his Damacus moment, Saint Paul was in fact Mr. Saul, and he hated both Jesus and Christians. He reported approved the murder (stoning) of Stephen, and guarded the garments for those that did the dirty work.

He persecuted Jesus' followers, and hunted them down. No doubt, Paul-Saul was a vehement Never-Jesus-er....

Now, I'm not suggesting that there is a spiritual connection between DJT and Vance.

All I'm saying is, sometimes, the person most against someone and with the worst idea of that someone, can become that other person's most stalwart, biggest supporter and most effective advocate, and we have a great example in Paul.

The other thought I had was, if you are a praying person, then ask God why. Ask God why Donald Trump choose JD Vance as his VP. Aks God and then listen. Then add THAT to your data, facs, information.

I'm going to be adding JD Vance to my prayer list. I'm going to be praying for him. For my part, I do not take his previous stance on DJT as a sign of a problem. Rather, I take it as another reminder that everyone is on the path of Awakening, and sometimes, the greater the contrast between before and after, the more fervent the person they are in their new outlook.

Plus, wrote Klein, the Democratic Party's prodigious dislike of Trump would unite any disaffected factions behind a new nominee.

However, there's another potential complication.

As the recognized leader of the Democratic Party, a stubborn Biden could refuse to step down and fight on to Election Day, even as the party grows more exasperated with his performance.

Biden is fiercely proud of his first-term accomplishments, which he – dubiously – boasts are more significant than other modern president's triumphs. Though to be fair, Biden was the one who beat Trump in 2020.

Additionally, while Biden respects former House Speaker Pelosi, Bill Clinton, and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, his growing resentment of Obama has become painfully clear.

The former president famously backed Hillary Clinton in 2016 over Biden in the Democratic primary and even reportedly tried to stop his vice president from running in 2020.

Ironically, both Barack and Michelle Obama appear to have intentionally kept their distance from the Biden White House - knowing that their public appearances trigger nostalgia for the days when voters liked their nominees.

Barack Obama made a brief appearance at the White House state dinner for the Kenyan president in late May and Michelle was nowhere in sight.

Mrs. Obama, who has no close personal feelings for the Bidens, according to one well-connected Democratic source, flat-out ignored the invitation.

That troubling incident at the Democratic fundraiser held at the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday night only underscored the concerning optics for the Biden campaign.

The video shows Biden giving the audience a thumbs up before rigidly staring out over the crowd. Obama, still smiling and waving, takes Biden by the wrist and gives him a gentle tug to walk off stage.

On Monday, in response to this article, a spokesman for Nancy Pelosi reiterated her support for the President, telling the Mail that, 'Speaker Pelosi has full confidence in President Biden.'

The Democratic party machine has now elected to hold an online nomination, complete with a 'virtual roll call,' to formally select Biden as their nominee ahead of the DNC convention in Chicago in mid-August.

Part of the reason to go 'virtual' is to ensure a more controlled process should the party decide to select a replacement candidate.

In that case, top Democratic leaders would quietly draft the substitute nominee in advance.

Another Democratic political insider believes that Harris has failed so badly as vice president that she has made it nearly impossible for Biden to step aside – because the party would have to contend with progressive blowback over passing over the potential first black woman president.

But if not Harris, then who?

Democratic leaders would quietly draft the substitute nominee in advance. That person would not be Vice President Kamala Harris, according to sources.

Strategists theorize that Democrats would have to hold a public event to symbolically transfer power to the new candidate. Biden, Obama, Clinton, Schumer, and Pelosi would publicly introduce and endorse the anointed nominee.

They would also have to convince Harris to throw her support behind the substitute, which would be a painful experience for someone so fiercely protective of their political future.

And the Biden Replacement would also be a risk for the replacement nominee. If he or should took up the party banner and then lost to Trump in November, their political careers may never recover.

All Democrats may have some painful decisions ahead.

Biden has said that American democracy is on the line in the 2024 election.

For the preservation of our republic and the perpetuation of our political institutions, we need to understand how far back the assault on American ideals and principles occurred. This assault goes all the way to our founding days.

To not fall to the evils of our time, we must stand on the shoulders of our founders.

Our forefathers placed great faith in us and gave us great responsibilities for all of posterity.

If we don’t consider this, we’re no better than other empires throughout history that succumbed to sinister forces (external & internal).

It was Abraham Lincoln, at the ripe age of 28 stated;

How should we expect the approach of danger to our republic? By what means shall we fortify against it?

Shall we expect some transatlantic military giant, to step the Ocean, and crush us at a blow? Never!

All the armies of Europe, Asia and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth (our own excepted) in their military chest; with a Buonaparte for a commander, could not by force, take a drink from the Ohio, or make a track on the Blue Ridge, in a trial of a thousand years.

At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us, it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher.

We must then stand for all to see and we must uphold that light of liberty for now and all future generations.

One: Time Frame

Note Flynn's emphasis of the specific timeline: 'days, weeks, and months' ahead. Not 'years'.

Someone else less in tune with things and with a more politically generic view might ask for God's help in the months and years ahead, but Gen Flynn doesn't. Why?

To me it seems clear that he understands that what takes place between now and the election or January next year is what is crucial. If the plan was to wake up America, and rearrange the situation so that Trump could return with America fully awake and ready to actually drain the swamp (note: Americans - the People - have to do this, not a government and not a president UNLESS he has the full mandate of the People), then this period of time remaining between now and D-Day aka the Election Day and/or The Inauguration Day, then this is the most challenging time when the political satanists will do everything they can to upset the Plan.

This is the real period that American needs to overcome and survive.

Two: The Real Cause of the Problem is Internal

Flynn emphasizes:

a return to our faith. Does he mean doctrinal faith here? In my opinion, no. The issue is not doctrinal. The downfall of America, should it happen, would be because America has separated itself from God and the founding spirit that God used to raise America: passionate faith in God that drove the pilgrims to strive to find a land where they could practice their faith free from the religious persecution and establishments that ruled Europe. Those pilgrims put their very lives in the line to found the colony in America, driven by passion and love for God.

Everything that Marxism does is to attack the foundational relationship between man and God. It promotes satanic values: destruction of morality, the family and faith. Globalism does the same.

For America to survive and achieve true greatness, the people of America need to transcend doctrinal perspectives and rebuild a living relationship with God as a people. Religious freedom is critical to that, and people must be free to worship as they are led by their consciences, but the OBJECTIVE of that practice of faith is a living relationship with God.

Let's fast forward. After an American revival led by Trump, with a cleansing of the Establishment in ALL sectors affected by government, what will come next? American Restoration.

Perhaps after all the darkness and evil and slime of the Cabal and the Deep State is fully exposed, then will America be ready to truly reflect, repent and turn back to its original founding ethos: Love of God?

Real appreciation for what has been given is the foundation of love of God (faith) and love of country (patriotism). Good people count their blessings and emphasize what they have received, evil people complain and demand more, claiming victimhood status.

In my view, this is an amazingly profound statement, and I would encourage frens to reflect deeply on it. As human beings emerging out of a fallen history and fallen lineages, we are faced with a massive conundrum. At some point in our past, our ancestors adopted a view and a perspective that was in conflict with God's view. (From a Christian perspective, this is why Christ has to come and teach us: to help us to understand God's view on things.)

The conundrum is this: Does God love my family any more than another family? Does God love me more than he loves any other person? God's viewpoint is that all his children are precious. Every family is loved, all peoples are loved, and all the world is loved by God equally.

The issue is whether I or someone else, my family or another family, or my country or another country, receives God's love and truth and resonates with it. God loves all, but our ability to receive and unite with that love, this depends on us.

So, from God's viewpoint, while he loves and treasures America, ultimately, God loves the whole world MORE than he loves America. John 3:16 For God so loved the world....

So, what should my attitude be in terms of loving humanity? Should I love my country MORE than I love humanity? The answer is no. Because that is not God's viewpoint and it isn't the nature of God's love. So then, what should I do?

The answer is this: God loves ALL families equally, but only I can love MY family as God's representative. I cannot love all families. God gave me my family for ME to love, with his heart. In doing so, I honor God's love and also naturally my love for ALL families will grow.

To be a True Patriot, one must truly love humanity BUT the representative of humanity that God gave to ME is MY country. Therefore, I should love my country as the representative of ALL humanity. Then my love will be deep and true and tied to God more profoundly.

And Flynn is emphasizing this here: "demonstrate love for all of humanity but with a greater focus here at home"

Anyone who has a clear mind can see that Donald Trump loves people, and NOT just Americans. But the emphasis has to be at HOME. First. Because neglect of HOME has been the objective of the Cabal and Deep State. if America is to love and lead the world, she must be healthy herself, and restore herself first. THEN, as a beacon on a hill, she can ASSIST other nations, and cooperate with other nations, towards prosperity for all.

Three: Quoting Lincoln is Timely: America is truly at the Crossroads

I think that by quoting Lincoln here, Flynn is not only raising the significant concept that collapse and failure of American can really only come from within, by American's abandoning America's founding ethos, but he is also highlighting just how critical the current time is.

I think it is reasonable to consider that The United States is now experiencing the Third and Final crisis threatening it's existence: the first crisis was the War of Revolution, and the question was whether the US would even come to exist or be stillborn. The second crisis was the Civil War, which threatened the failure of American. The third crisis is the 'second American Revolution'. It is the War against the Deep State (and Cabal). Either America will rise up and rise to new heights, or it will collapse, and with it, humanity will likewise face death and darkness.

Dear Anons, make no mistake. Your efforts may seem small and insignificant. You may very well be facing personal and family-level crisis in your own life. But the Great Awakening is no less a time of challenge than the Revolutionary War and the Civil War. And each of us is like a minute man, or like the wives who held their home and family together while the men shed blood to decide the fate of the country.

"Digital soldiers".... Hmmmm....

Someday, our grandchildren and great grandchildren and future generations will look back and ask mummy and daddy: what did grandpa do, what did gandma do when President Trump fought the Deep State?

We are writing history, with the efforts we make each and every day, and yes, the enemy will throw challenges in our way that cause us heartache and sufferings. But:

..... we must then stand for all to see and we must uphold that light of liberty for now and all future generations

Personally, I am deeply impressed with this message from Flynn. I feel like it is truly presidential. And, I'm led to think that following a Trump Presidency, America may actually be perfectly positioned to rise to it's true potential via a restoration and revival of the spirit of faith, love and freedom that inspired the original colonists and the original founding fathers.

If so, one might posit that the Trump Presidency is the one that oversees an (External) Great Awakening, but America might just be ready for a following presidency that oversees a true Internal Great Awakening.

TLDR:

The framework that Burning Bright offers is a cipher for interpreting and digesting how the Cabal propaganda industry is being forced to constantly 'shift the goalposts' in how they deal with information they do not want the public to become aware of.

By identifying how the propaganda machine constantly shifts the goalposts regarding various topics, one obtains a clear view of how the narrative war is developing and just how much the Great Awakening is advancing.

In other words, by recognizing how the enemy is constantly being forced to shift the goalposts and thereby actually move Overton's Window, we can see that they are losing the psywar and yielding ground in terms of narrative control.

The Overton Window is originally a framework that describes how ideas that society accepts as safe to consider, to think and talk about, influence political decisions. Ideas that are too radical or 'unsafe' are "outside the Overton Window" and in politics, that means that these ideas do not have enough support for a politician to successfully espouse them.

Ideas inside the Overton Window are topics and ideas that the majority of society sees as acceptable.

Winning the narrative war involves gradually opening up the Overton Window on key, critical topics. Shifting the Window is one of the core functions of the Great Awakening movement.

In the past, for example, talking about voter fraud and rigged elections was a completely fringe topic, and anyone going on too much about it would be seen as radical. Now, however, the mainstream of society, possibly even the majority, consider voter fraud and rigged elections as a real issue and something that people should be aware of. The Overton Window has shifted.

In his article, Burning Bright identifies how the mainstream media and propaganda merchants constantly shifting the goalposts around their narratives indicate that the Window is constantly being shifted, and points out that this shows just how much truth is winning and how bad things are going for the Cabalites and Deep Staters, narratively speaking.

As I said, Overton’s Goalpost isn’t an attempt to make sense out of illogical frameworks of the enemy, but rather to codify the observation of such illogical frameworks as a sure sign of [their] retreat and our progress on the informational battlefield.

Whether or not Hunter Biden was involved in illegal business dealings, they were likely a mix of red tape and process violations, and are not indicative of a criminal mindset, intent or behavior pattern. This is much ado about nothing.

QUALIFY

While it appears that Hunter Biden WAS involved in illegal, corrupt foreign business deals and transactions, and did so WHILE his father was Vice President of the United States, these transactions have been blown out of proportion by the enemies of the government of the United States.

DISTRACT

TRUMP was ALSO involved in corruption with foreign entities (this is a lie,) and should be the REAL focus of this public inquiry. This is an attempt to remove a sitting president from office, and is not an earnest attempt to expose truth to the American public. Oh look, COVID-23 is right around the corner!

ADMIT

Hunter Biden is a career criminal, was laundering money through foreign business ventures using his father’s status in the U.S. government and executive branch, and will likely face legal punishment for his actions … BUT (return to the Deny Phase,) Joe Biden was unaware of this behavior and was not involved in it.

Burning Bright's article is well worth a read. It describes a very useful cypher (framework for interpretation) for viewing the narrative war. It has the added benefit of showing just how much winning we are actually experiencing, by helping one look beyond the surface narratives and recognizing our strategic wins.

So, how is it that supposedly Super Intel knowing ‘Former Swiss Airforce Officer’ now ‘working with Space Force’ (Semper Supra, don’t you know?) is posting links to his information, articles, and photos on what are obviously fake and/or paid-for media online publications?

The CNBCUSA.com one is particularly interesting, as it is obviously an out and out fake website. (It was taken down sometime last month, possibly prompted by the actual CNBC.com folks found out about it when one of our own anons (u/winn) contacted them to let them know that their fake news was being faked by another fake, fake news website.)

But all the other sites are dodgy as heck. And yet, Najadi unabashedly uses them, or promotes them. How is that possible?

Some pedes will say “yes, its all a disclosure operation by the White Hats and Najadi is 100% legitimate (despite taking all the credit for the work of anons over the past 7 years) and these places are being used to disclose the real truth”. The same argument came out when Real Raw News operation started up. How did that one turn out?

The other explanation is that these websites were paid by Najadi (and his backers) to publish the content and make it appear something that it isn’t. To give it power and generate apparent legitimacy.

TLDR

Understanding the Power of Impoundment is critical to anons grasping how Swamp's gained control over the POTUS position and what (possibly) Trump has been doing to reverse this. We should investigate this critical aspect, gain a deeper grasp of "The Plan" and activate the American People to support this key Policy via information and memetic warfare.

Introduction

Today I watched a short video by Epoch Times "Facts Matter" Report on DJT's proposal to restore the Power of Impoundment.

Trump's Proposal for Trump Administration 2.0

How Power of Impoundment was lost: The Clash Between Nixon and Congress

In the 70's, inflation was spiraling out of control. Nixon blamed Congressional Spending, and tried to impose a limit on spending.

President Nixon appealed to Congress today to protect the “economic interest of all American citizens” by enacting a $250‐billion spending ceiling, and threatened to veto any measure he deemed excessive.....

In his message to Congress, Mr. Nixon said that spending for the fiscal year 1973, which began July 1, was already nearly $7‐billion higher than he had planned in his budget.

“That figure by itself is bad enough,” the President said, but he noted that even more spending “appears to be on the way. The inevitable result,” he said, “would be higher taxes and more income‐eating inflation in the form of higher prices.” He added:

“I am convinced the American people do not want their family budgets wrecked by higher taxes and higher prices, and I will not stand by and permit such irresponsible action to undermine the clear progress we have made in getting America's workers off the inflation treadmill of the nineteen‐sixties.”

Congress ignored Nixon, appropriated even more money, but then Nixon simply refused to spend it. This is the power of impoundment. Essentially, he impounded the money that was allocated by congress.

This power of impoundment was used by US presidents for more than 150 years, starting from the Jefferson administration.

The concept here is that the budget set by congress is the ceiling, the maximum that the executive can spend in that fiscal year. The budget from congress sets the limit, but it is still in the president's discretion whether his administration actually spends it or not.

However, Nixon was in a very tight spot, because of the Watergate situation, and when the Deep State pressured Nixon to comply with Congress, he signed the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974.

The Impact of Losing the Power of Impoundment

After this, instead of Congress setting the max ceiling the Administration can spend, it now sets the minimum floor that the administration must spend. The president has to spend it; he can no longer 'impound' that money.

Russ Vought, Trump’s last director of the Office of Management and Budget, calls the concession of impoundment power “the original sin” that ensured “the executive branch no longer plays a meaningful role” in the appropriations process. Vought told RCP in an interview that the power of the purse has become “caricature,” where rather than “setting ceilings,” Congress now sets “spending floors.”

Hence, Trump’s “unhappy” signature on multiple multi trillion-dollar spending bills.

Trump promised he would “never sign another bill like this again” before putting his signature on a “crazy” $1.3 trillion spending bill in 2018. Two years later, he signed another omnibus bill, this one worth $1.4 trillion, that he called “disgraceful.” Both times, Trump justified voting for the bloated bills conservatives loathed by pointing to increased military spending.

If the power of impoundment is restored, then this would give the POTUS the discretion how much his administration spends, instead of only having a veto power against congressional bills.

Trump Bumps Up Against the Power of Impoundment

In 2019, DJT's administration 'froze' the funds Congress had assigned to be given to Ukraine. Then, in his famous phone call with Zelensky, Trump discussed investigations in to the Biden corruption, and this triggered the impeachment proceedings in Jan 2020.

Here is how NPR spins it:

"A federal watchdog concluded that President Trump broke the law when he froze assistance funds for Ukraine last year, according to a report unveiled on Thursday.

The White House has said that it believed Trump was acting within his legal authority.

Trump's decision to freeze military aid appropriated by Congress is at the heart of impeachment proceedings against the president that are shifting venues this week from the Democrat-controlled House to the majority-Republican Senate.

Democratic lawmakers have accused Trump of abusing his office by withholding hundreds of millions in assistance in order to pressure Ukraine to investigate his political rivals."

So Trump 'freezes the funds, triggering accusations that he violated the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974, and sets up the perfect framework for raising the issue of quid-pro-quo which damns the Biden Crime family.

This was a double-whammy. One, Trump lured the Deep State into accusing him of the quid-pro-quo that he already knew Biden was 100% guilty of, and Two, he brought the issue of the Power of Impoundment into the fight, while remaining innocent, because they only 'froze' the funds and did not actually 'impound' the funds.

The Deep State could not resist the temptation, accused Trump of violating the Impoundment Control act of 1974 in order to 'illegally' pressure Zelensky to undermine/attack his political rival, Biden.

Understanding how the president's impoundment powers were lost gives insight into the war that the Deep State was waging against Richard Nixon. Was Nixon taken down by the Deep State? Was Nixon the next domino in the Cabal destroying the American presidency, after Kennedy was assassinated?
Is it a coincidence that the Power of Impoundment issue was key to the Trump impeachment in 2020? Was the 'freezing' of the Ukraine funds and the then 'perfect phone call' with Zelensky part of DJT's plan to expose quid-pro-quo not only by Biden Crime Family, but by so many corrupt players in the Swamp?

STATEMENT FROM STEPHEN K. BANNON'S ATTORNEY, DAVID I. SCHOEN

The following is a complete and unedited statement from an attorney for Stephen K. Bannon, David Schoen, regarding the announcement from the Court of Appeals on May 10, 2024: READ IN BROWSER

The Court of Appeals panel held today that it does not have the authority to overrule the 1961 panel of the Court that issued the decision in the Licavoli case on the definition of the word "willfully" as used in the Contempt of Congress statute. Mr. Bannon will now seek redress before the full Court of Appeals, which has the authority to overrule Licavoli.

There are many fundamentally important constitutional issues at stake in this case. Today’s decision is wrong as a matter of law and it reflects a very dangerous view of the threshold for criminal liability for any defendant in our country and for future political abuses of the congressional hearing process.

The Department of Justice argued before the Court that this panel did not have the authority to overrule the Licavoli panel's decision - only the full Court sitting en banc can do that. The DOJ should support a petition for rehearing en banc to have the full court review this important issue of law. As the trial court judge wrote earlier in this case. The Court's definition in Licavoli is " not consistent with modern case law surrounding the use of that term, let alone the traditional definition of the word." The full Court of Appeals should make that clear and correct the Licavoli panel's error.

When Steve Bannon’s lawyer, Robert Costello, received a subpoena for Mr. Bannon to testify before the January 6 committee and he received a direction from President Trump that the he was invoking Executive Privilege with respect to the subpoena, Mr. Costello did two things:

He advised Mr. Bannon in no uncertain terms that he was not permitted as a matter of law to in any way respond to the subpoena - that executive privilege had been raised and that it was not his privilege to waive; and

Mr. Costello wrote to the committee and told them that Mr. Bannon would fully comply with the subpoena if the the committee worked out any privilege issues with President Trump or they took the matter before a court and the court ordered Mr. Bannon to comply. Mr. Bannon was charged with “willfully making default” in response to a congressional subpoena.

In America, we do not criminally prosecute, let alone convict and send to prison people who not only don't believe their conduct to be wrongful or in violation of the law, but, as in this case, people who follow the advice of their lawyers who tell them that the law does not permit them to comply with a congressional subpoena when Executive Privilege has been invoked. President Trump expressly confirmed to the trial court in writing that he had indeed invoked Executive Privilege with respect to the subpoena Mr. Bannon received.

For decades and, as reaffirmed in the last few years in decisions from the United States Supreme Court, a clear jurisprudential principle has been that “willfully” for purposes of criminal culpability requires a defendant to have acted in a manner he or she knew was wrong and violated the law. The Court of Appeals panel that issued this decision today found that it was bound by a 1961 decision called Licavoli which held that in the context of the congressional contempt statute “willfully” doesn’t require a belief that the conduct is wrong; rather all that matters is whether a subpoena was issued and the recipient complied with it. Licavoli did not involve executive privilege.

Long-standing constitutional principles, exhaustively recognized and identified by the Department of Justice for decades in binding opinions, make clear that any such definition when executive privilege has been invoked, violates the fundamental doctrine of separation of powers. It is the President’s or a former President’s prerogative to determine when and over what to invoke executive privilege and only a court, not a committee issuing the subpoena, can be the arbiter of whether executive privilege applies and how far its breadth extends.

Mr. Costello asked the committee to let a judge decide; they had no interest. The committee only wanted the political mileage it thought it would get for pursuing contempt.

It is unconscionable to hold a private citizen criminally liable for responding to a subpoena in the manner his lawyer told him is the only manner the law permits and especially when a constitutional principle like executive privilege is involved. The panel today held that it is bound by the 1961 Licavoli decision, notwithstanding the construction given to the word “willfully” in the criminal law context, which for decades clearly has required some determination that the defendant believed his conduct was wrong.

The trial judge in this case expressly wrote that the Licavoli definition cannot be reconciled with either the traditional or the modern definition of “willfully” but that his hands were tied by the precedent which he could not overrule. Similarly, this panel held, as the prosecution had argued, that it does not have the authority to overrule the Licavoli panel and is bound by it. That is why all parties should agree that the full Court of Appeals should hear this case sitting en banc.

The government convinced the trial court to bar Mr. Bannon from putting before the jury any evidence as to why he responded as he did to the committee subpoena. Interestingly, even in Licavoli, the jury was permitted to hear the Defendant's story. The jury in Mr. Bannon's case was prohibited from hearing that he followed his lawyer’s orders and what those orders were. He was barred from putting on any defense, while the prosecution was permitted to argue to the jury that Mr. Bannon simply ignored the subpoena because he thought he was above the law. They knew he had not ignored it and they knew his lawyer had told him the law didn’t permit him to comply; but the jury never knew either.

It also troubling that the Court endorsed the holding in this case that Mr. Bannon could not raise challenges to the multiple violations of the Rules of the House of Representatives from the formation of the 1/6 Committee through its decision to hold Mr. Bannon in contempt.

Every American subpoenaed to testify before Congress ought to be able to depend on a fair hearing before a fairly constituted body. Speaker Pelosi violated the House Rules and protocol and the trust of the American people when she formed the 1/6 committee as she did.

This was promised as an “investigative” committee into the events of 1/6; but she appointed as its Chair, Rep. Benny Thompson who filed a lawsuit alleging that he was personally injured by the events he was supposed to be investigating and placing blame for those events before any investigation even began.

The committee was filled with political partisans who regularly held press conferences announcing their opinions again without conducting any investigation. House Rules were unabashedly violated in the subpoena process all with impunity. The violations struck at the very heart of the integrity of the process as recent findings in the House have exposed; but this court has said it won’t consider any of these violation in connection with Mr. Bannon’s subpoena. The DOJ asked the court to decline to consider the violations and the court agreed. We believe a full review would have well served the country.

There are additional issues of constitutional dimension that were raised on appeal that we will also ask the En Banc Court to consider based on their direct conflict with other authority from this Court and the United States Supreme Court. That is the next step.
