See, here is the thing. The Q operation was a psyop designed to inspire research, critical thinking, investigation using open source intel, and for people to snap out of the group think trance that the propaganda media-wielding Cabal had put us in.
To do this, the drops had to trigger our imagination, excitement, passion and belief. But the key part in all this is <me>. How do I process information? What do I do with this .... push ... from the Q team?
Because, at the end of the day, it all comes down to We, the People. We know we've been in a spiritual war, but what is the war being fought over? It's us. Both Q and God have been focused on empowering Us to reclaim our sovereignty, our proper role in running this world we live in.
For some of us, the Q operation created expectations. For some of us, when those expectations were/are not met, we became/become despondent. With so much sleuthing over the years, so much intake of 'cryptic' information, wading through Q decodes like they are the whole story into which we have to cram everything we see, some of us have become overly focused on the expectations we developed in past times.
So, we look out into the world hungry for signs and signals and clues that tell us yes, those expectations are manifesting.
Instead, we should really be taking the Q drops as a departure point, a frame with which to approach everything that is happening and which has been happening since the drops were completed.
If the Q board was the precursor, what is happening in the world now, spearheaded by Trump but not only by Trump, is the REAL board we should be looking at. Step outside our expectations developed by us, 2. Anons. (1. There is Q. 2. There are Anons.) and try to join the dots of what is happening free of preconceived ideas and self-generated expectations.
There is the (now) old adage: if we understood what the Q operation was doing, then so could the enemy.
Our key takeaway from the Q operation itself should be the importance and significance of self-reflective analysis while engaging with the information war and the psywar. In other words, HOW we think is more important than simply WHAT we think. Q took a lot of effort to help train us in thought practices that would mobilize and serve us in the future years that Q knew were coming.
Indeed, this recent cryptic campaign by the White House is yet another Q proof, but its also an opportunity to realize that things just aren't going to unfold as we expect. "Big announcement coming" doesn't mean Killary is going to be arrested, Obama is finally going to be nabbed for Treason, or that an Epstein Island doco is going to drop.
It means that an important phase of the new world and new order that Q alluded to is being rolled out, real time, now.
We need to be flexible, and dynamic in our approach to the information war. Otherwise, we might just end up becoming fossilized and not as effective as we might like to be.

Amen brother. My favorite thing about the movement is we are ALL the leader. And I dont mean in some flowery term I mean THE LEADER. WE ARE ONE. These people talking about psyop this psyop that you just dont know maybe too young to remember but all of this info was a gift for our efforts in 2016 recognizing our efforts rewarding us with better info and also enlisting our assistance. The Cabal has their sayanim, we have our digital warriors, with the stark difference being that we have rifle-bearing kings in every trench, while their sayanim tend to scatter like rats.
May be a potential discovery. I experimented with the site by copy-pasting into word and checking for hidden text or looking for patterns like if the word freedom appears to be a word substitution cipher with patterns that relate to the word freedom.
Random tests. Then I tried using ctrl and my mouse wheel to zoom in and out. What freedom changes into is distinctly different for different zoom levels. I don't know if there's some potential hidden meaning or code, or if it's just the code that changes Freedom to look different simply functioning differently on different zoom levels.
Just thought it might be a potential thing to look into for those more skilled at examining such things.

The only reason I thought the text changing was worth mentioning is because some of what the letters changed into appeared to be similar to other alphabets around the world. One looked vaguely Russian to me. Some other variations looked familiar in some way, but I'm not really familiar with the appearance of many alphabets besides English.

I think the White House WANTS anons to do their thing. It feels like they deliberately want us to not forget what the Q drops told us and draw others in as well.
It does appear (in hindsight) that the promotional campaign with the pixilated photos, etc, were about the White House app and unrelated to the Freedom.gov website & operation. Apparently Freedom.gov was registered as a domain in January, and the current placeholder put up in early February.
I think the freedom.gov idea is far more exciting than the White House app thing, but the two appear unrelated.

That said, I think the connection between Freedom.gov and "Information is Power" in the Q drop is an obvious connection, and a potential statement that yeah, OK, the Q operation was real, but I would not apply any more significance to it than that. It's not really comms. It's just one of a long list of hints that some folks at the White House are Q-read.
Sometimes I think we really are living in the matrix. I had a similar initial reaction, but after sleeping on it I had a slightly different take and wrote this on TS, which by strange coincidence used the words chill and hammer. Weird, eh?
My first thoughts after the announcement didn't seem to live up to the hype were mostly disappointment. I really dislike the apps paradigm. It has a silo effect that puts a wall around the data, and apps always seem to want to push notifications, on their timetable not mine. I hate that. I want to decide when I have time for this. I've got other things to do most of the time and would appreciate LESS distractions.
Meanwhile, the disappointment conjured up the hilarious scene in Christmas Story when the highly anticipated super secret coded message turned out to be just a crummy commercial, "Be sure to drink your Ovaltine". Now I gotta wonder if the similarity is on purpose. It feels like we got whacked with a Santa Hammer from the Oval office. But maybe they really do want EVERYONE drinking the "Ovaltine", not just people like me. I suppose they're telling us to chill out because the priority has moved on to the rest of the world, and apps is their thing.

I dunno. Looks like the promotional campaign was not targeting the Freedom.gov operation, but was indeed focused to promote the White House app.
If that's the case, it's a bit of a nothing burger.
The freedom.gov thing is a pretty big deal, I would say, and the "information is Power" line definitely dovetails into Qdrop 4966 (another in a very long line of hints that some folks at the White House are Q-read), but I think the pixilated WH drops and the White House phone app is separate and not a big deal.
If indeed the primary focus here is promoting the white house app, then I would certainly not read anything into the 9:10 on Trumps phone app. Leading into my main comment: At some point, the fixation on 'secret messages' etc can become a problem, I think. It really flies in the face of the entire idea of "learn our comms". Comms must have a clear purpose, objective, method, and target.
I think Trump team are focused on much bigger things that somehow trying to throw out obscure and indecipherable 'comms'. At this point, things should be simple and clear. Like the correlation between "Information is Power" on the freedom.gov website with the Q drop. As far as it is comms, I think all it is saying is a reminder: Yes, the Q operation was real, and yes, we are pursuing our planned objectives.
