Recently, most products do not list country of origin anymore as well. It’s near impossible to use it to find USA made products within the app, I think the changed it so if you search my made in the USA, that is ignored.
I have found that if you search in your browser for things you want you can find USA manufacturers. And then you can usually find that item in Amazon.
