But I have woken up as a sinner. But GOD can save and deliver anyone from anything. If He can save me, He can save anyone. I just believe that if someone refuses God's grace and forgiveness we should not fool ourselves and say it is OK for them to spread their sin and filth all throughout our society.

But the current NEW COVENANT as revealed through JESUS CHRIST is clear that God's GRACE and MERCY is available for whosoever WILL come. However, we live in some strange times. Bible believing Christians can be given many "derogatory" names yet those that commit abominable acts are "off limits." My point is that we need to see SIN for what it is. I voted in Milton, Ga today. I wore my TRUMP 2024 hat and no one said anything. One of the candidates on the ballot was a Democrat running alone and there was a write in option. I think it was FULTON county Commissioner county at large. I didn't want to vote for ANY democrat... so I wrote in "DONALD J TRUMP." Hope he doesn't mind holding that office?!?
Congrats on the bitcoin windfall. All investments are gambles to some extent. DWAC and Bitcoin included. In both, some have already made millions and lost millions. Sometimes investments are up and sometimes they are down. If you believe something has a chance to go back up - obviously the best time to invest is when it is down. I did well with some rental houses that I purchased in the great recession. The values eventually came back up after being beaten down mercilessly. DWAC has some current hurdles. We cannot merge with TMTG until the SEC wraps up their "investigation" Most SEC investigations take 30 days or so. We are going on 200 which is why we are down and why we need an extension. If we don't merge with TMTG by the deadline then the DWAC spac will have to be liquidated and only $10 per share will go back to shareholders. DWACW warrant holders will get zero. If you believe that TRUMP will loose and that all the 3 letter agencies (FBI CIA SEC etc...) will win their political battles against him, then you may want to hold off. But if you believe that the tide will turn and the Trump will make a comeback then DWAC may prove to be the next "bitcoin like" investment for you and others. Only TIME will tell. I am praying for truth and justice to prevail!!! I am buying and not selling. Not financial advice!
The extension will give us til Sept 2023. Without it we might be able to extend til March 2023 max. The merger has to be completed before deadline. But the SEC is still holding us up with an endless and ongoing investigation. The SEC is just another corrupt 3 letter government organization!

Here is a summary of DWAC: -DWAC is a SPAC (Special Purpose Aquisition Company). -A SPAC is publicly traded and it's purpose is to FIND a company to merge with and provide financing (from the shareholders) for the target company. -TMTG (Truth Media and Technology Group) is the company that DWAC has identified (Oct 2021) to merger with. -The merger has been delayed because Elizabeth Warren form the start has said that she will insure that the SEC investigates DWAC and TMTG. -Because there is an ongoing SEC investigation, the merger has to be extended. -DWAC shareholders know that the SEC is delaying resolving the investigation and trying to run out the clock on the DWAC/TMTG merger. -The merger was originally supposed to happen in Sept 2022 but has been extended to Dec 2022. (It may be extended again to March 2023) -With a 65% "for" vote from the shareholders, we can extend the merger til Sept 2023. -that extension should give WAY more than enough time to get the corrupt and weaponized SEC off our backs!

Here is my one paragraph explanation: DWAC investors need to vote FOR the extension of the merger with TMTG. Just call the number above to VOTE. If you have already voted there should be no need to vote again. But it wont hurt to call and confirm your vote. Many have done so and found that their original vote was not recorded.
