TLDR: EVERYONE is a dual citizen. "United States" = CORPORATION; Redefined later. Prior to this it was "the American Republic" made up of "united states" which included all states and their delegated power entity with states fully in control of the federal entity.

A. citizen of the United States federal entity, notionally still a Republic in 1868 with its HQ established in DC in 1871, but with the clear intent to turn it into a corporation per 1878 Trust Law carve out for elites and establishment of American Bar Association domiciled in a DC that was reorganized 7 years prior. US CORP formally created in January 1933 with passage of an Amendment that was activated 15OCT1933 with the installation of its first Corp President and VP on 20JAN1937. The last Republic President was inaugurated on 04MAR1933. Interestingly, it was the same man, FDR.

The states were notionally still sovereign entities in 1868 with GREATER POWER than the federal entity (since they created it), each with the power of a sovereign nation, except for those limited powers explicitly enumerated and delegated to the federal entity to manage on their behalf. Citizen of sovereign Pennsylvania with a Governor more powerful than the President, for example.

Prior to the unconstitutional and fraudulent passage of the 14th Amendment, the federal entity was not its own thing. It was simply an extension of the states and tightly controlled by the states. This flipped the script and allowed the federal entity to become its own authority and eventually take control of the states by creating Municipal Service Corporation overlays (1933-1937 during bankruptcy reorganization #2, initiated 1931, exactly 140 years after 1791, 70+70).

The example of recently assassinated Garfield being portrayed on $20 bill in 1882 indicates that globalists were deeply embedded in the US Treasury even at that time. Note that this was only 11 years after the incorporation of DC in 1871 ("permitted" by 1868 14th Amend), and just 4 years after the incorporation of the American Bar Association (inside DC CORP) in 1878. It would take another 31 years from there to install CBank#3 in 1913, but the pieces of the plan were all being put in place.

There appears to be some circumstantial evidence of an active Republic military doing tribunals on (3) former VPs (all former military) involved in the murder of US Presidents. HOW TO CONFIRM THAT NYC IS A CITY-STATE

What you are looking for is the original "Articles of Incorporation" for New Amsterdam (CORP). I believe they have been amended and updated over the years to include language such as "the municipality [company?] may do business as NEW YORK CITY". The document modification occurred on 08SEP1664. There is unlikely to be a separate New York City (CORP) document, imo. It was likely completed just before globalist "target date" of 1666.

The colony of New Netherland [NN, 1624] was established by the Dutch West India Company [DWIC, 1621] in 1624 and grew to encompass all of present-day New York City and parts of Long Island, Connecticut and New Jersey. [New Amsterdam (February 2, 1653, NA) was a separate incorporated city-state within the New Netherland Corporation (1624, NNC), there were 2 sets of documents until NNC was dissolved (1674), but NA/NYC entity then moved outside of it prior to dissolution with intact structure, likely 1673-4. This is called a "spinoff" or "breakup" in current Wall Street corporate lingo when an asset inside a holding corporation becomes its own freestanding entity].

New York City (city-state/municipality) was intended to be the capital of the American Colonies in order to control them from the very start (1621). This got rugpulled when it was moved to Philadelphia in 1790 until 1800 when it was moved to Washington, D.C. NYC was officially the capital city from 1785 to 1790 (per Treaty "ending" the war), and informally from 1776 to 1785. The capital being moved from the intended city-state to another location is basically why Washington, D.C. had to be later turned into a city-state as a replacement for the NYC city-state that got switched out in 1790.

NYC was known to be fully infiltrated by the British (from 1750s), and this is why the Patriot work was being done in Philadelphia. Publicly, it was easier for southern colony representatives to reach in a timely manner.

Federal Reserve (bank#3) creation in 1913 used a "regional model" expanded from bank#2 structure (1816-1836, liquidated 1841), but it was still controlled from NYC city-state via NY Fed member position directly or as "puppet master" of FR Chairman (just like Bank#1 and Bank#2). In this way, the Wash DC FR entity exists in one city-state (newer one, 1871), but is controlled from another city-state (oldest one in US, 1664).

I have skipped 1674-1776 time period, but there are key events in there that influenced the creation of New York State (1777) around the already long-established New York City. There was a key Governor of New York Provinces appointed (by King George) in 1732, for example. [NYC was already 151 years old in 1776].

The current Articles of Incorporation are likely held by the STATE BAR OF NEW YORK CORPORATION. The SBoNYC appears to still be incorporated within the NYCM. The original documents were likely modified numerous times as CT and NJ became their own entities and the "CORPORATION" shrunk to comprise only current day NYC (and possibly Long Island).
