It's more than that. Despite what many liberals will say, it takes an incredibly large number of bad decisions to end up panhandling on the street. You have to be alienated from your family and friends,

Family dies, friends leave(assuming you had any to begin with) and men have basically no resources to rely on, I fully expect to end up homeless in the future.

Either you are mentally ill, and thus should be locked up to be treated, or you are willfully a drain on society, and you should be locked up for that.
