I stuck to my routine of eating eggs in the morning, drinking some coffee and then going about my day when I return home I do Mondays hard workout shittiest day of the week Tuesday hard workout, then I cycle to my medium workout for wed and thurs, I cycle back to Friday being a easy workout. I have been doing this since the start of the scamdemic. I have gotten noticably more swoll and I'm mainly doing it to combat my back issues. Yes I've noticed the same I only have Netflix from my fiancé parents we usually just have background noise on while doing stuff, I've began seeing lots of Chinese movies with subtitles or poorly made dubs.
