THIS IS A COMM. PREZ TRUMP HAD BEEN DROPPING MOVIE REFERENCES ALL NIGHT. https://t.me/FTFoYGL/907
100%.
Putin talked with Trump 4 years ago. Now Putin's holding up his end of the deal. Putin goes and gets info from Ukraine and arrest people.
Now it's going to be Trump's turn to uphold our end of the deal. No info blackout. Let it rip!!!
Oh and just to clarify, that includes looking over a patient's chart, which takes time, talking to patient, which takes time, checking medications, which takes time, looking over labs, which takes time, looking over images or last known images, which takes time, talking with patient, which takes time, going back and actually writing the note, which takes time, and since it's the ER, can't discharge until they're certain you won't drop dead. Which, tbh, with some people, once they're checked in, they're auto admit because of their shitty physical condition.
So while I love a good bitch session about how shitty ERs are, people that abuse the EMERGENCY system with non emergencies actually contribute to the problem.
You know that people died before vaccines were around, right? RIGHT? Like, noone lives forever. RIGHT?!
You don't understand how an ER works. ER staff sometimes are taking on way too many responsibilities and there's acute cases waiting. Pending area, it could be gunshots, strokes, heart attacks. Nothing is "a simple PCR test". Every time someone sees the patient, they have to write a report.
Intake reports take 2 hours to write. Seeing a patient and writing a note with medical decision making takes, on a minimum, 30 minutes.
Keep in mind, there are people waiting who are literally having HEART ATTACKS or STROKES or dying because their blood pressure is 60/40 and they need fluids.
BTW, ER doctors/NPs/PAs get their scores downvoted to hell if their patients die. The whole point of EMERGENCY is that it takes care of EMERGENCIES. Getting a PCR is nowhere NEAR an emergency. Nowhere near. Not even close. Not even by a long shot.
So tbh, your family friend should've planned better. PCR is not an emergency. Tell her to stop abusing the EMERGENCY system. She should've gone to her PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR to get PCR a week ago.
GOD. DAMN.
I think so. This is the secret world of comms going on in real time. We'll get confirmation to correctness/wrongness of this decoding in 2 months. LOL.
