A copy of the drive was obtained. It was cracked for sure... although it doesn't take much to do so. I am an IT professional of 30+ years and have the exact data that Ron and the red team has. Yes Ron needed help with it as he is a Linux expert. However, there were many involved in the crackdown on Dominion. So the rumor about having it all is true. It was definitely a cheat through all 50 states... not just a select few.
