This picture might be fake, but they did wear masks back then. All they would have to do is have the media (newspapers, radios) tell people that masks will save their grandma and many will be wearing them. Just like today.
Fauci studied the Spanish Flu with the NIH. He knows bacterial pneumonia killed more people than the flu. My bet is he knows cloth masks get bacteria on them within an hour too. The NIH with Fauci also tested AIDs drugs (knowing they were damaging to adults) on foster kids, some where even infants. Oh, and the best part is the kids were "presumed hiv positive." They didn't even test them. He is a total pos.
Good questions, maybe someone figured out masks weren't good for them? The sooner the better is the time to get rid of the masking BS. I know people who are getting mental over them. The trousers tell the story. They are sitting too low. Men's trousers back in that day sat way above the waist. Extra long rise trousers were the norm back then.

And an old concrete wall on the other side of the tracks, plenty of modern power lines even tho the area looks rural. Shadows indicates that this picture would have been taken straight towards the sun, yet the people can be clearly seen in high def as if they where photographed in perfect light indoors and then cut into the picture.
Woman to the left appears to stand right on the hole in the platform, yeah all other planks are rotten and has broken down long ago, just gonna stand on this last plank even tho it might be just as rotten and might collapse at any time. Look at the guys to the right as well, one in the front and one in the back, seems like they have plenty of distance between each others but there's not enough space for that.
I'm a photographer by hobby and Most if not all colorized photos from that era do not look as "Natural" as this does. Most colorization software just doesn't produce this kind of natural color. I know as I tried colorizing some black & white photos from the 40's & 50's from my grandparents and the film quality back in that era would've left artifacts-Zero here!
I saw a video about this the other day. Medical people mostly used gauze for masks. Stupid. Huge holes. Nasty masks equal sickness. No brainer here. We've known for thousands of years, fresh air and sunshine are good for you. People following these orders being given and mandated will be sick. Inevitable. COMMON SENSE!
Either way, the only place I'll wear it is the dispensary. It's about priorities. This last 5 years have required copious amounts of weed. God made weed. Thank God I don't drink, I'd be dead. Lol.

Even if was real, this was probably that local area enforcing this. That is the way it should be in America. If the government closest to the people, like a city, wishes to enforce such a rule, it should be able to. And the citizens of that city, have to right to push back against a rule if unfair.
