POTUS has been ridiculed and labelled as a tyrant, a narcissist, a power hungry racist… you know the things. For him to step in with a military operation and arrest the criminals then all those brainwashed TDS liberals will start a civil war...or worse. Right? So how do you solve the problem.

You replace your Attorney General and Director of National Intelligence. He just did that. Why? Why now? They are loyal. Why is this important? Consider what we know today.
Evidence is now in the open regarding how Italy rigged the election through the compromised voting machines. It appears it is unarguable and indisputable. The affidavit in hand is the guy who actually made the downloads. He knows exactly how many votes he flipped for whom and in which states. So, if not POTUS, who’s responsibility is it to take action? Foreign interference that didn’t just interfere with our election but actually dictated the outcome is again unarguably a HUGE National Security Threat.
Enter stage left… John Ratcliff (Director of National Intelligence) For Ratcliff to ignore this threat is an egregious act of incompetence. He can NOT responsibly ignore such a major threat to the United States of America. Here is a guy in a foreign country with a foreign entity testifying he changed the outcome of our U.S. election for the highest office in our land. Ratcliff must step in and take action. He really has no choice.
Ratcliff’s action would in-turn cause a huge legal problem for the Department of Justice. He would expose the unarguable fact the 2nd branch of government (Congress) just ratified electoral votes absolutely created and manufactured by a foreign influence. This breaks all kinds of laws not to mention the U.S. Constitution itself. For the Department of Justice to ignore this is an egregious dereliction of duty. Enter stage right… Jeffrey Rosen. Rosen MUST address this malfeasance and act.
The election problem is then solved efficiently, immediately and completely.
Result? Donald J. Trump is still our President!
Then what? Then in DJT 2nd term the Patrick Byrne data, the Lin Wood data, the Sidney Powell/Rudy data, and yes even the John Durham data can all be combined and do a thorough swamp sanitization! Boom!

I'm not demoralized yet. But there is no quick and clean solution here that I can see. Biden is ELECTED. The Electors cast their ballots lawfully, and the state legislatures consented. Congress consented in a joint session. DOJ cannot remove him, SCOTUS cannot remove him. Constitutionally, he WILL be President on Jan. 20. He will need to be impeached, removed 25A, resign,...or pass away while in office, leading to Continuity of Government/ Line of Succession.
So for this to be rectified, we are going to have to see something outside the constitution.
I think you could argue that for congressional elections. Some of those Reps and Senators could have been fraudulently declared legitimate, and therefore their certification of the Electoral Votes could therefore be illegitimate. You might run into de facto/de jure arguments, color of law precedents in court.
But the people do not elect Presidents. The Electoral College does. The state legislatures had TWO MONTHS to fix this, but they were cowards - or complicit.
Look up "Fraud vitiates everything" and Supreme Court precedent.
Trump said that "When there's fraud you get to play by different rules."
He's right and he chose those words very carefully.
I'd be interested to see that play out at the SCOTUS, but I think a major difference is that this is not related to a mere contract dispute. We're dealing with constitutional law and separation of powers.
There is a point of no return after which a Supreme Court cannot simply remove a sitting POTUS, fraud or not.
All three states (GA, PA, AZ) sent letters and briefs to congress/Pence asking them/him to return their electors or set them aside or delay the counting until the litigation and investigations happening in their respective states were completed. So there was foreknowledge of improprieties in these states AND if all 3 were reversed then Trump would be president elect.
But who reverses it? The Supreme Court? Legislators do not carry the weight of legislatures, and strongly worded letters aren't worth the paper they're written on. They can file suit, but the time to address grievances and objections was during the counting of the Electoral Votes.
When something happens like this and is a fraud from the beginning, the legal argument would be that it is void "ab initio." In effect, there was no election. The electors cast their ballots without authority to do so. It's like a judge entering an order in a case where for whatever reason, he/she did not have jurisdiction. An example of faulty jurisdiction would be improper service on a party that isn't discovered until after the order is entered. The judge is a real judge, and he has authority to enter orders generally, but that particular order has no force of law behind it. Because he didn't have, in that case, personal jurisdiction over the party against whom the order was entered. The electors cannot cast their ballots until a lawful election occurs. They don't have the authority.
Fraud vitates an election.
Maybe we're past this now, but arguments can be made about the legislatures' consent, the legitimacy of the electors and their vote, which then brings down the whole house, so to speak.
We're probably past that now in the sequence of things, though, and it looks like the military option is it.

And then completing the crime... could there possibly be a chance that the pence angle was smoke and mirrors - and if they arrest Biden and pence becomes president?
Could the pence emails have been a double bluff by Lin wood, to get him in with the Dems?
