Where I'm going with this that how could our system be set up without such a safeguard? If we have it then Trump isn't necessarily up against the clock vs if we don't then he only has a limited amount of time left to make his move.

Essentially, the Constitution gives all Americans the right to overthrow their government if they deem it corrupt and overreaching. The military has acted on its own many times throughout history and can do so now if they feel their loyalty lies with President Trump.
Perfectly said
Military will never accept Biden as their president
I hope you're right
In 2016 if they didn't find Trump or if Trump didnt step up, they were ready to do a coup.
It's Trump's job to insure they don't need to ask those questions. Do you think Trump is up to it?
Fuckin' A he is.
What planet are you from?!! They just attempted a coup!
Reread the post
to try to seat a person to a political office through election fraud, and especially in conjunction with foreign entities, is a crime, the latter making it high treason
Biden is a body double. So are many other players. So no, Biden will never be president.
Sorry about the typos, typing on my phone here
I was wondering the exact same thing. If Biden is sworn in and the Govt. is saying there was no fraud, it was an honest election, and the courts ruled as such etc. aren't we done?
To me, it would seem prudent to have safeguards in place for events such as these. I don't know if there are, however, and even if there are, could they be for any a select few to know about?
Not having a standing army? The peole should be the militia. If it's a just war, we will show up. Hell even fdr planned for the military to shrink after ww2. It didn't happen to much $$$$$ to be made.
Well...there were some generals that told trump to fuck off. And remember when he issued that directive to stop critical race theory and none of the letter agencies listened and continued on. So yeah they can if your trump.
