I know we can look it up ourselves but that still doesn’t give us context on why it’s unusual or important and what might be going on... Like the big things like you mentioned.. What are the big things?! Or at least, what do you think might be happening?
I’m not active military, but if I were to make an educated guess, AWACS is up because of a real threat to America right now from a foreign power. Iran? China? I don’t know. Are these birds up regularly? Yes. Training missions are a thing. Is it compelling to see multiple doomsday aircraft on the move in unison days after a major event at the Capitol building 3 days ago? I don’t believe in coincidences. But obviously everyone is welcome to their own opinion.
For the last week, 1-2 B52s have been up (long range bombers), many C-17s (cargo/troop transport/drop planes), 2-3 AWACS up mid-country (electronic surveillance). This activity is not an indicator that things arw going down today. They are, however, not normally up, so keeping an eye on them is important.

This is factual evidence. The deep state isnt running a psyops with this tracking system. These are real planes, real pilots flying them, etc. I would encourage anyone to look at this website and then see in real-time these aircraft in the sky in your area. This isn’t fiction. C-130s have been overhead in my area in real time.

This is completely normal when a control tower and or Center radar facility is shutdown....usually we see that for weather over the airport.... so no takeoffs or landings. You saw this when ORD Center lost power years ago.
They can transfer some operations to another Center, and they can also go to the old way before radar....increased spacing. Thus reduced takeoffs and landings....no pilots on this board?
Really though, how "rare" is this event? How often does this plane fly this route or any route? How often are B-52s in the air? Were they scrambled? What is the likelihood that the rumors of these other airspace blackouts are true?
Also i will say I’ve been in commercial aviation for 20 years and my only experience with major airspace closures (with the exception of 9/11 which was an all out grounding by the FAA) is when POTUS or VP is coming or going. Sometimes the simplest explanation is the best one. Rumors were flying that POTUS had gone to TX Wed afternoon. Others insisted he never left WH. You decide. Regardless of what’s going on, it’s certainly not going to be broadcast on a publicly accessible Tracking app. There will have to be an element of reading between the lines and making logical deductions.
I'd like to know what sort of mission here in CONUS would be appropriate for a B-52? They launch cruise missiles and do high altitude bombing sorties, last I checked. I can see the AWACS being useful, just not sure about B-52's? It's likely just training missions. They'd be better off with some pinpoint accuracy bombing if they were going to go that route, which in itself is doubtful. Something along the lines of A-10's, FA-18's, etc.
My impression is that with many carrier strike groups back home they are using b52 flights to advertise a deterrent and readiness. There have been some recent flights to the mideast and back... Maybe this is part of that?
There was also a weird thing where a b52 was intercepted by fighters and escorted to a base.... Hopefully a training exercise? Or something fishy going on
There’s Blackhawks up all over the country right now in addition to helicopters with radioactive sniffing capabilities. But don’t take my word for it...

I wasn’t on myself but came across a post where someone was tracking and we had ZERO, absolutely no military traffic up around CONUS, save for one coastguard C30 (I think) off the west coast / baja cali. Curious if someone else saw this too. My assumption is they were certainly up but flying dark for some reason.
Can’t confirm. But I will say before I went to bed there were a TON of tankers up and zero fighters. So we def know we aren’t seeing the full picture. It’s encouraging to see other patriots watching this. Way too much fantasy and unfounded rumors spreading like wildfire right now. To quote Bannon, these are the receipts. While we may not know what ops are going on, we can see the players in the air at least. That’s comforting to me on many levels knowing two Blackhawks have been patrolling my area for the last 3 days. I sleep fine at night.
AWACS are like flying ATCs, they usually support remote locations as an ATC where there is no vision on the sky. But also they were used in spotting drug running operations in the gulf.
There are not many of these planes and Tinker AFB usually only keeps a few for training a couple on these border/gulf operations, and the majority are deployed.
Its been years since I was in, but I never heard about a reason to send them north.
Interesting... I live between Midway (MDW) and O'Hare (ORD) near Chicago. Nothing coming in or out of MDW which is South West's hub here. That would be very unusual as MDW is a fairly busy place.
I'm honestly shocked he hasn't jumped back on. Hopefully this encourages more people to jump on and poke around. Ive been doing this for awhile now before all this even started to kick off and you learn a lot about our military. Everyone should really dabble if they've got a spare 20 min here and there. Way better than FB or some other pointless app

I was up last night, and was shocked how there were almost no military assets up.
My understanding is that if the turn off their civilian transponders, then they will disappear from the site.
Yep that’s true. A lot of times you simply won’t see fighters. But there will be plenty of tankers showing. They’re there, you just don’t see them.
