This will be an unproductive work week for many.

Edit: I see, it is the original eo but takes effect Jan 11, banning ownership in those companies.

Also. China set up a lot of puppet companies and launched them on US stock markets. Money harvested through these stockbrokers and clients went to fund the Chinese armed forces, not business or enterprise.
This EO will federally prosecute people who bought shares from these companies.
Well they certainly tried and will try removing Trump from office, but not sure the SCOTUS part makes any sense.

I saw this too. But on reading the eo, there is a grace period until Jan 11. Maybe they can still be listed but illegal for us persons to own? They have to be dropped from the index funds etc

Fake execution means they pretended like they were going to execute someone through military tribunal. That is a common scare tactic with death row inmates to trick them and break their spirit. These crooked politicians probably crack on the way there.
ISIS executioners would hold fake beheadings all the time. The captive gets used to them faking it so they don't resist when they do it for real.
I've been watching ISIS execution videos for years. None looked fake to me. That is a weird statement.
I think they mean that isis members would continually take captives to be executed, but not do it. After doing that many times the captives would not know when the actual execution would take place. The videos you see are of the actual executions, not the many times they didn't go through with it beforehand.
