A bit of insight on how the UK actually works. The Covid rules here are not really laws in almost all cases. Even those that are laws are not really enforceable because they contradict basic rights. They're more like the government begging people to comply by constantly escalating and the majority of people just ignoring them. We are strange people.
No. It was a hoax by anti-lockdown protesters. The police here can't arrest you for violating lockdown. Same tactics as the fake hate crime stuff... doesn't help, just hinders.

There are reports the the police are being sent on special training sessions which, according to their families, have turned them into unfeeling brutes. They behave like thugs and try to provoke violent reactions by attacking vulnerable people. Definitely a lot of socil engineering going on. Time it was stopped, hoping things will improve after the cabal criminals are taken down.

Thought about this last week with that video of the 92-year-old getting arrested. Deliberately trying to inflame the public.
Saw a video yesterday of them arresting a lady for sitting on a bench, so this doesn't seem too surprising.
One woman was arrested for posting videos of empty hospitals.
I am never living anywhere without guns ever again.
