There are doomers on this board claiming Trump's acknowledgement of Biden's "incoming adinistration" is an admitance of defeat, It isn't.

Yeah they hit that comment section hard. He never conceded and is still in it, albeit he might just appeasing the masses by appearing "weak".
You don't concede when your opponent won by cheating.
I did not hear Biden incoming administration... I know that there will be a new one.. a lot of the old like the VP will be new..
It is also tradition for incoming presidents and first ladies to meet with the outgoing president and first lady. As far as I know, Trump has not met with Biden, and Melania has not met with Jill.
May not mean anything, but who knows at this point. Could just be enough bad blood between them that those meetings wouldn't happen no matter what.
Trump doesn't wear a mask and Joe would definitely die of covid, so he'll say.
Yep, perhaps he needs impeach 2.0 to fail. If he looks like he's going to concede, what's the point? Those on the fence will oppose.
alternatively he just refuses to formally/publicly acknowledge Xiden the Fraud. Concession of the election isn't mandated by the constitution. There have been presidents in the past who didn't concede, or attend their successor's inauguration
Came here to say exactly this.
I'm still holding out hope for a plan and something happening to save us from the hell that awaits us, but it's also very hard to ignore the writing on the wall now. Is unfortunately getting louder by the day.
It's not writing on the wall. It's two words that no one can agree on how to interpret
No, I'm not referring to him saying Biden/Biden Administration.
For me it's more than that.
Press releases talking about the Biden Admin, Pompeo Tweets showcasing Trump Admin accomplishment, Pompeo Tweets talking about meeting with Biden Sec Of State pick
That's a lot of writing on the wall.
Add in, that, except for Lin wood, the rest of Trump's inner circle (Powell, Rudy, Flynn, His kids, hell the fucking pillow guy) have all pretty much stopped pushing that Trump will remain. If they still are, I'm not seeing it anywhere and would love to be directed to it.
So yeah it's a lot of writing.
There's still a chance something could happen and there could be a plan, as there's always a chance for everything, but the writing is being carved into the walls now.
Oh just give up already and take your misery outta here! Soldiers fight.
I don't know who needs to be told this, but a president does not have to concede to lose power on inauguration day.
Yes, but that's not the point. If he hasn't clearly conceded we can't assume that "this" is essentially the equivalent which is what people are doing
