As much as I'd love to see 99% of these assholes not get paid. I do have a legal question.
Isn't it illegal to deduct a person's wages without the employee's prior consent, especially if the deduction is a penalty?
I know for myself, as an employer, it is illegal for me to do deduct my employee's wage's in my jurisdiction without prior consent from the employee, each and every time I would like to make a deduction. I also certainly am not allowed to deduct wages as a penalty.
Also, I already know what one of you is going to say. That "These swamp creatures don't care about the law, since they break them all the time" So please spare me that one.

They aren't going to disarm a congressman and they aren't going to search one either.
Do they have to put their stuff through a x-ray machine? That would be a good way to search for bugs.
They have a no cell phone rule which isn't followed. Maybe this is an attempt to enforce that?
At least they're consistent. Reminds me of stopping bad guys with guns by taking guns from good guys, but with just a small, delicious twist.
I'm not sure that judges have to go through them though.
Here in Massachusetts Lawyers & Police don’t have to go through the metal detectors. They just walk by, the (patronage job) Courthouse officers just nod to them. No one (except those in the Jury pool) are allowed to take in cellphones either. Hood rats used to photograph anyone testifying against their gang/family then beat the shit out of them later. Of course all defendants are innocent of any crime now due to “social injustice” so I’m not sure how this will play out in the future.
I know for a fact that if a State Trooper shows up at the courthouse in uniform, they will not confiscate anything or ask questions, you dont even need to be there for your own court. same State Trooper shows up for court in plain clothes and they have to give up their firearm.
