This is a photo of a memorial to the dead from our village during WW1. It’s painted on the local church. I hadn’t prayed for years until the last week. I feel more at peace and grateful for my family/life than ever before. I’m sure a lot is going to drop about MI6 and the UK monarchy over the next few days and months but please realise how many of us are totally disassociated with all that over the pond.
We all bleed red. We’re all brothers and sisters under God. We all want freedom and prosperity for us and our families. We are more alike than we’ll ever know.
We all know that you guys have been betrayed, too. It's worldwide.

I know- every day now is a blessing. I can’t believe I ever complained about anything before. This really shows me how grateful I need to be from now on
I truly believe this change in the U.S. will be the catalyst for an international moral cleansing. Something tells me the UK is about to get a lot better too...

I’ve heard such disheartening stories from England. My elderly great Aunt hasn’t been able to hug her daughter in a year. It’s hard to imagine that level or conformity. When the Covid crap hit here (US), we kept distance for about a week. Then it was like, forget this crap, I’m visiting my family.
It was sold to us as being part of the ‘blitz spirit’ from WW2 when the country blacked out lights every evening and hid in shelters when bombers came. Then there’s protecting the sacred cow of the NHS..
I’m ?% American, Grandfather is ex-pat living in Oz and great Aunt in England. It’s been “interesting” to talk about the lockdowns. Out of our 3 different experiences, England has been the most extreme. It’s just maddening on the play of fear. Hopefully this is a great reset, but in our favor.
